Stress an irregular eating and sleeping habits I picked up in college have taken a toll on my gut health, and I have been trying to reverse that. These have really helped regulate me and improved a lot of the uncomfortable bloating I was experiencing. I was worried about them having a strong laxative effect, but was happy to find that they didn't. The magnesium is effective, but gentle enough for daily use.

This product did not work for me actually for the money I think it was a little bit overpriced but I thought I would try it but unfortunately it didn't work for me

On the box it says take 2-3 capsules, and on the bottle it says take 3 capsules. I took 2 capsules at first and the next morning I was able to have a motion. It was without urgency, and seemed natural. The next time I took 3 capsules and ended up going twice. It wasn’t without urgency, nor was it as “easy” as I had anticipated it should be. Overall, it does completes it’s purpose.

This supplement is very helpful. I started slow with just one pill before bed with my regular magnesium I take. I like that it contains some more magnesium. I also like the simple ingredients. It works!

I’m a huge fan of Arrae products - I didn’t think I could possibly love a product more than their Bloat Pills which I have been using for years. Those helped a bit to get you to go sometimes but that wasn’t its main function or purpose. Was more like a nice occasional add on. This product now, has super exceeded my expectations. I am coming off my wedding weekend and a business trip and travel and stress always messes with my system. I received my shipment today, took 3 pills and within 10 minutes was able to go! And I had no pain, no cramping, no speed to the toilet before you have an accident scare. It was as if my body was just naturally ready to go. I am so thankful for all of Arraes products. Get your hands on this if you ever need help in a healthy and safe way.

I took two capsules about two hours before bedtime on two different nights, about one week apart. Both nights I experienced strange side effects from the pills, such as restless legs, Ingley body and horrible insomnia. I finally fell asleep about 5 AM. I did try it on two separate nights to make sure it was the pills and not something else. I will not take them again. It might be the magnesium that’s causing the problems. I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue.

Was praying this would work, however took them the way they say, and have had a stomach ache for two days straight.. Did nothing but made my stomach hurt more and lose money.. do not recommend

It is a mix of different natural laxatives like Ayurvedic herb Triphala, flax seeds, aloe vera gel, kiwi fruit mixed with magnesium which is also a laxative . It is pricey, But most importantly, it does the job.
