Great device and value for money but not totally waterproof
I use these Temperature Digital Probes on my ESP8266 projects. I have stuck 2 of them to the hot water tank, one about centre and one near the top, The reading is displayed on a really old ipad in the kitchen. It is useful to see how hot the water is and know that the shower will not run out. I also had a third in the loft cold water tank to see its temperature. When the probe is totally immersed in water it only worked for about a year so I guess it was not totally water proof. I now have it stuck to the outside

Seem to be real
Apparently there are a lot of DS18B20 "clones" getting sold which aren't fully compliant with the spec, but these appear to be the real ones or at least very good clones (it's difficult to know because of the waterproof packaging.)I only needed one or two for a software demo, but now I've got some spare ones.Really easy to integrate on a Raspberry Pi with 1-Wire support configured - to the extent you could probably make something useful with a shell script without the need for a library in a high level language.

reliable supplier
There products always work well, and usually better quality than similar items at a similar price, plus they have useful instructional information.

Good Set of Probes - BUT read on
These probes are exactly as described. They arrive well packaged and look well made. The two I am using work fine.I do have a big gripe about AZDelivery, however. Getting hold of the e-books is impossible. You have to go through the purchase process, giving them all your details, and all you get is an email confirming your free purchase. For this product, the lack of e-book is not a problem to me but it may be to others. It does puts me off ordering anything 'complicated' from them. From comments I have seen on various websites, this is a common problem/gripe and something AZDelivery needs to sort out. If these books are truly free, you should be able to simply download them from their website. The offer and process just seems to be a con to get your contact details so they can pester you.

Raspberry PI Zero Project Complete
Great value - only needed two sensors for my project, so I've three spares that I can deploy elsewhere. Very easy to prototype on a breadboard with a PI Zero. I had data flowing in minutes. Identified each probe connected by placing them in boiling water and seeing the temperature reading change accordingly. Tested by placing in ice water. They are reading consistently but I can't speak to their accuracy - for my project I'm more interested in consistent readings for comparison and rate of change to identify conditions.Would certainly buy again for future projects.

Great Sensor
AZDelivery is my go to for small electronics, no exception with these temp sensors. Used on a hot water tank with an ESP to automate heating controls. Very accurate too.

So far so good
We've been using these for over 3 months now. No issues to report. All good. Good value for money.

Only half what I expected
Not as good as the photo implies, only half as good as I expected.
