We just LOVE this pepper paste trio, we've just had more of them delivered.😋 We've used these in our taco meat - both beef and chicken. They're also delicious used in a sauce base for southwestern taco spaghetti, and our Mexican version of lasagna. And these pastes are super versatile in regards to sauces, stews and marinades. I cannot recommend these enough, if you like a little added kick to your food.

I wanted a way to add various pepper flavors in cooking (such as homemade macaroni & cheese or rice dishes). This assortment from Herdez, a familiar brand in Mexican cooking condiments, has been perfect. Three different pepper types (various heat levels and LOTS of vivid flavor), in concentrated pastes (roughly like tomato paste in consistency), in squeeze bags with screw lids. They're holding up just fine, refrigerated, months after I opened them. TIP: Combine the Herdez chipotle paste with cream cheese (proportions to your taste) for an amazing sandwich spread. By itself it makes a very tasty simple sandwich, open-faced or closed.

We have ordered this several times because these are easy to use with lots of ways to use them. We add the guajillo paste to our crock pot beans. Sometimes we just squeeze it into sour cream for an easy dip or taco topping. Great product!

these are great. we use them to make pozole more rich, to cook meat for tacos, as a topping to add a little heat and flavor. very flavorful

The product itself is good. however I received it today and "THE BEST USE DATE'' is back to AUGUST 2025. 10 MONTHS PAST their best use date. It is an OLD PRODUCT AND IT IS NOT what you would want to Pay for and Eat . SELLER Should NOT have Sold this PRODUCT when no longer IS at its BEST.

Why don't they sell these individually? The chipotle is so unnecessary as you can find canned chipotles in adobe in every grocery store and have little use for them. I've got 2 nearly full pouches that I'll probably never use and am about to have a third. I'll probably switch back to processing dried peppers as it's wasteful.
