Great product
Okay, it's a little pricey. But I suffer from Kidney Stones and have to avoid salt and am limited in what beans I can eat. The fact that no salt is added is wonderful. I have used it in cooking and the taste is wonderful. I have now put this on my Subscribe and Save order because I really like it and can't find it locally! Thanks Amazon!

Great Beans!
These Garbanzo Beans by Westbrae are awesome. The beans are not mushy and have a great flavor. As a bonus, you shouldn't have to worry about chemicals and sprays in your food so Westbrae went through the hassle of finding Organic Beans to be able to label their product USDA Organic. The liner of the can is BPA free to give you even further peace of mind. Westbrae Brand is my new favorite brand of canned beans and I hope you will find them as good as I have.

A great base for making for Vegi-Tuna (or Tuno)
Great for vegi-tuna. (Just mash up a bunch of beans, add finely chopped pickles, Old Bay Seasoning (maybe 1/2 to 3/4 tsp per can or to taste), some mayo and maybe a bit of salt and pepper, refrigerate at bit and you're good to go BTW, the Old Bay is necessary for this recipe to work, and it's sold at Target and on Amazon.) It doesn't really work for omnivores, but for a vegetarian it's about 95% as good as my memory of a real tuna sandwich.

Canned beans can be better than dried beans
I learned one thing. Canned beans can be better than dried beans. If you buy dry beans, but they are old, they are basically cheap, but not flavorful. These were good and healthy legume along with being a versatile bean. Humus can be made quickly and it can be used roasted in a salad.Martha Steward eat your heart out, that you never featured this lowly bean on your show. Did you ever notice that Martha's empire is not doing well? Her audience was the middle-class trying to attain that social status of Hampton crowd is not as big as it was. On the upside, she is no longer in prison, where they most likely feed you beans and baloney. In closing have a chickpea, or turn it into falafel for the hell of it.

Very tasty garbanzo beans
These beans are yummy! They come in thick juice which I wash off but you don't have to. There are 3.5 servings per can but I tend to indulge a bit because I really like the taste and texture. They're great on their own, in salads or in recipes. No complaints from me!

Great tasting garbanzo beans, perfect in salads
I really enjoyed these canned garbanzo beans. They're tasting good and have a nice bite while still being soft. These garbanzo beans were a great addition for salads. I really liked they are low sodium and don't have any odd ingredients. I will definitely buy them again.

These beans are great in my homemade hummus
These beans are great in my homemade hummus. It's really easy. 2 cans of beans, one drained and the other not drained, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp of raw sesame seeds, 1 tsp lemon juice and cumin to taste. Chunk it all in a blender until smooth... It's salt free for me and great to eat!
