Purolator A35592 PurolatorONE Advanced Engine Air Filter

This was a very tight fit for my '15 Forester, but I managed to get it in place. I've only been driving with it for one day, but the car feels a bit more responsive.

Excellent AC and Heater Cabinet odor defense air filter. I noticed immediately the smell coming out of the vents was fresher and the musty smell that was coming from the vents was crisper and cleaner. Very easy installation that you can do yourself and don’t need to pay a shop to do. The price is one of the best online and coms in quickly. It’s very sturdy, filter quality is excellent and it definitely improves the air quality and flow in your car. Fits perfectly like any OEM filter, this is a great buy for the price of an installation that will take you Les then 10 minutes to do yourself.

This filter was shown in the listing with the Purolator filter box. My filter arriver in a torn plastic bag. There is no manufactuer or part number listed on the filter itself, which does happen sometimes. The plastic bag's sticker has no brand or numbers that would indicate it is the filter I ordered. I don't care about the box but I would have appreciated something confirming mfg. & part/model number. I am rating 4 stars based on the assumption that the filter is what I ordered.

Does not fit Subaru Legacy 2018 2.5. You can definitely see this one is a little wider than the Subaru one. I swapped out and in the Subaru one multiple times, never had an issue with tabs on side getting a tight fit. However with this Purolator one, the only way I could get it to "fit" is pushing it hard at top and clipping, but I could tell there was a gap in the sides and the clips on side weren't lining up. Really wish these manufacturers actually tested their products for what they advertise on before saying it fits everything.

Great price and fits well for my Outback

I did my research and determined the Purolator filter was the best option for my vehicle. It arrived right away -- it fits perfectly and was easy to install -- and a really good price.

I can't say how it compares to other products because this is the only one I've used, but it works and on top of replacing it in a year, the price is reasonable, so I keep coming back.

I installed this in my Outback last week. It looks just like the OEM product and fits well. Would certainly buy it again.

Parfait pour série Forester 2013 - 2018

The filter seems well made and the filter material is consistent with the OEM version. Only 4 stars because I’m concerned with the size, its overall outside dimension is a bit smaller than the OEM one, so hopefully it still seals as well on the edges.

The Amazon garage says it fits, but no way on my 2018 Impreza Sport. Stupid me for not believing other reviews. Amazon needs to change their description. Also paid a premium for this filter....back it goes.
