Q: Can it be used on natural hair?

I have used it on my natural hair for a very long time. Love this product..

Yes, despite the thin consistency it's great for fine hair it doesn't weigh it down, its leave in.

Q: Is this ok for color treated hair?

Yes. Additionally, the label recommends using the product immediately after a "chemical process" in order to seal the follicles.

Q: Does this work well as a heat protectant for flat ironing and blow drying hair?

As I understand this product (and have been using it for years), it delivers protein back into a hair shaft to repair damage done by bleaching or heat. It does restore shine, softness and a more healthy looking head of hair. I recommend it but it is not a protectant; it restores.
