My favorite as I throw away the oily flavor packet. Add bean sprouts and scallions. I love it.

Huge upgrade from ramen noodles. Slightly more expensive, sure, but WAY better. Tasty on its own as a simple plain meal, but add an egg or whatever meat/veg bits you’ve got in the fridge and you’ve got a very nice low cost meal. Super fast and easy to cook, AND half the calories of ramen (if that’s what you’re looking for).

I love these pho soups. Very easy to make...I put all the ingredients into a bowl, boil water in a teakettle, then pour the boiled water over the noodles, and stir. Leave sit about 3 minutes, and the noodles will have softened, and it's ready to eat. Delicious mild taste.

Holy cow! Talk about a surprise in a little package! I'll be honest, I eat a lot of instant noodles because I'm on a strict budget in this economy, so it's taken a lot of trial and error to find something that tastes good, but that also isn't chock full of chemicals. So when I happened upon instant Pho (outside of the realm of your standard instant ramen) of course I had to give it a go. Now I'm an advocate for fresh cooked anything, if I can afford the $15 a bowl which ends up being two meals... but if you're looking for something budget, to satisfy your craving on a day you're short on cash, this would be it. The flavor is almost spot on (you can tell its not fresh fresh but it tastes good). And short of having all the extra goodies Pho usually has in it, even the noodles by itself were satisfactory. Plus, its only got 1500 mg of sodium in it which is Low compared to a lot of brands that have 2100+. However it does have MSG in it, so if you're sensitive to that, I do not recommend. 5/5 stars. I'll be buying more for sure.
