Very good pic. Nice and clear. Very impressed. Good value. This replaced our flood light, no camera, on the garage. Installation was a breeze. The light is good, bright. Operation and quality is great. Was not impressed with the initial set up though. For me, the instructions were confusing. Not user friendly. Once we got it hooked up on the app and working, it was easy. I really like the app, very straightforward. Worth the price.

I bought two Wyze Cam Floodlight V2's to install on the left and right side of my house. My house's front and rear were already covered by Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro's but I realized I was missing 360 degree coverage of the house at night for both lighting and security purposes after we moved in a few years ago. I bought these to help cover those blindspots around our home. These are half the cost of the Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro's but they are better in almost every way - they virtually put out close to the same lumen output at night and their AI detection ability is actually significantly better than the older Floodlight Pro models. They also only allow continuous recording on the SD Card which is accessible on the Wyze App anytime you want (a feature that was recently taken away from the floodlight pro's). They also have 2K resolution which allows the camera an excellent field of view range. In fact, it cost more to get an electrician to install these professionally ($150 per floodlight) than the cost of the floodlights themselves which I bought for $65 each on sale. Still, these are fantastic security cameras that integrate seamlessly with our current Wyze Home Monitoring Alarm Service Ecosystem. They also serve as general lighting for my house's sides to scare away the 3 AM Coyotes that sometimes wander into our yards. The only thing to be aware of is to make sure that your Wi-Fi router's 2.4 GHz signal is strong enough to connect with the floodlights. Cheaper Older Wi-Fi 5 non-mesh routers with limited range may face problems connecting to outside floodlights more than 1000 sq ft away. Also be sure to wi-fi set up cameras up right away if you're installing in a high up elevated unaccessible area that you won't be able to easily to get to after the fact. All in all, great buy, great value for $.

Almost a year later. No issues with the camera. Easy installation instructions. Camera is clear and high res, flood light is bright. Night vision is optimal. Range is exceptional as well as motion event sensitivity. Sleek design and blends in nicely.

It is definitely good and bad. The flood camera was easy to install. But I have been having issue with the sim cards often. I have replaced it twice, so it would be good if this comes with a build-in memory card. Other than that, once you get used to the UI of the apps, it is easy to navigate. Not as user friendly as Ring camera, but it is also better price.

UPDATED (old review after this): I had a shooting happen at my home and this stupid camera was offline so it did not capture any of it! I DO NOT recommend this camera AT ALL! It is my only WYZE device that is going offline EVERY DAY. I have having to reset it daily. I DID NOT have this issue when I first got it. All the troubleshooting I've done, looking at my router/wifi, I've done everything, both of WYZE Floodlight Camera v2s are going offline ALL THE TIME now. I am so upset that this did not record, it hurts me a lot not having that footage I need desperately. This is unacceptable. I have a wood construction home and the router is on the literal opposite wall of this camera, not even more than 5-10 feet of distance. It SHOULD NOT be going offline every few hours. Useless junk. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ I have a few Wyze products and have never had any issues with any of them except for this. This product is great, working with Wyze system, the adjustable lights have a variable brightness, there are many different detection settings, and everything works great.. when it is working. This is meant to replace an existing outdoor light, mine is controlled with a switch, I had purchased something to lock the light switch in place to ensure it doesn't get switched off. Well, I've had about 2 times in the past 2 months where this will randomly disconnect and stop working. The easiest way for me to reset it is to turn off the switch and turn it back on. This requires me to remove the switch protector. The only other option would be to go outside and climb up on a ladder to press the reset button. I think this is a reasonable complaint because most people will be doing this with this product. It is the only Wyze product I have that randomly disconnects. I should not have to reset it, because if I am away from home it defeats the whole purpose of it going offline, it needs to run 24/7. Other than that, it works great, the IR night vision is great, videos and detection are great. Just docked one star because it has randomly disconnected twice in the past 2 months. Updated: another 2 months later I decided to update this to 2 stars. The downtime is kind of getting out of hand. I made the mistake of purchasing ANOTHER one of these, and now they are both going offline ALL of the time, sometimes MULTIPLE times daily. Yes, the camera works fine, everything works fine, BUT, that's only when they're online and working, which is not a lot! I am constantly having to go to them and flip my light switch to reset them. This is fine and all except for I want these recording at night, and I'll go to sleep and wake up in the morning and it's offline, so it didn't record all night, OR when I'm away from home they go offline and there's no way for me to reset them without being home to flip the switch. I am just leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because OTHERWISE it is a great product, but when you have a camera that randomly turns off, it is not preferable for security, because the whole point of security is ANYTHING can happen at ANY TIME, and is more likely when you're 1. not home 2. asleep AND these constantly go offline when 1. I'm not home 2. I'm asleep.

I bought this for my front door because a doorbell camera would not work because of the angle and the length of my garage. I read the reviews and thought this was a good deal. Here are my thoughts: 1. You have to buy a service even though these reviews say you don’t! 2. The app needs serious work as you have very limited access to your camera and very few options for you tune the camera focus or field of view. 3. I added an image to my review, I am only 10’ away from the camera in this photo my bike is is 16’ away and you can not make either of us out clearly. My cell phone takes a better picture my first cell phone that I bought in 1998. 4. I do like light features as I have them lighting up the area at night and the turn on a sunset and turn off at sunrise. 5. I also bought the Wall Mount kit that is Avery continent. Overall it works you just can’t make out what the sensor is seeing.

Amazing! Everything works flawlessly. You can opt out of the Cloud, SD Card, Notifications, Siren Sound, Voice and still have all the features available for you to customize. It's light weight, small (fits under you eve - see photo) & installs over existing electrical box in 15 mi. Zero complaints about Night Vision, Color Accuracy, Wide Angle or Lag (updates every 3 sec). The Flood lights will blind at 100%. You can adjust to our liking. You can also adjust the 180 degree vision field of the camera to something smaller (like just your driveway. Next: How to avoid Connection problems at Install. I read several reviews abt connection problems before I decided to buy. Here's a short description how to connect to your Router for the 1st time. If you have a newer Router, it operates on 5GHz & 2.4 GHz combined. WYZE needs 2.4 GHz to connect like all your other smart devices. If you have your Internet providers app on 1 of your devices there's a setting in the Menu under Internet to select 2.4 GHz for 30 min (see photo). If you don't have the app, you can call "tech support" at your Internet Provider and they will do this for you for the same 30 min window. FYI - older routers operate on 2.4 GHz.

Me ha gustado bastante la definición que tiene, y la visión nocturna es muy buena y a color. La intensidad de la iluminación es bastante. Y la sensibilidad para detectar movimiento es bastante alta. La instalación de la app es muy sencilla tanto en el cel., como en la computadora. El wifi es muy estable.

Love this camera! Notifications are received quickly, it’s super clear and I love that I can adjust the lights so it doesn’t shine into my neighbours yard. The lights come on super quickly as well which is great! I also love how customizable the detection zone is. And I can also decrease the sensitivity so I can block out certain areas where I get lots of notifications such as my plants moving. I also really like the sd card slot so I can go back and watch my recordings without having to buy a plan. Would definitely buy this again!

Excelente producto, la resolución de la cámara es muy buena y las luces muy brillantes, les recomiendo comprar el aditamento de pared para una instalación mas sencilla, no viene incluido pero con eso instalan en unos minutos. Todo es de excelente calidad.
