It kept clumping up coming out of the spray head, had to wipe it often. Leaves glops in the surface you're painting. On the good side it dries fast and doesn't smell too bad. Just covered the area with two applications. Plan accordingly.

I didn't even clean the mold off the wall. I just sprayed this over it and it never came through. Perfect lazy man solution
