Great support and very adjustableThe bra is comfortable, stretches well, and provides really good support. It holds everything securely without feeling too restrictive. I also like that it’s very adjustable, and the upper straps can be completely removed if you don’t need them.One thing to keep in mind: if you’re very petite, even a size S may be a little big. My underbust measurement is around 34 inches and I currently wear this bra fastened on the tightest setting. Overall, very happy with it!

This bra is my new favorite! I've just had a breast reduction (from a 36 DDDDD) to a 36 B,(ish). 6 weeks in a compression bra. 24/7 . Fun! Not. But this bra is great. When I want pressure it is adjustable! Most of the time it's on the 2nd or 3rd tier and it hugs no my new little boobs and applies pressure without pain. The hot pink bra the hospital put me in went down a lot farther and made me feel more bloated than the surgery. This has enough stretch to allow me to breathe, but definitely a nice firm compression. No padding but it was easy to slip in a padded cup from the other bra. I'm told pantyliners work well too. Definitely worth every penny. However, I did have to have help (thank you sweet daughter) the first time despite the fact I've used front closure bras like this before. THERE ARE A LOT OF HOOKS! But after figuring out how tight I want the whole bra, the added ability to tighten the straps for even more support is a major plus. As far as sizing goes, I usually wear a medium. The maker suggested a small which would have been too small. The medium is perfect! But you may need help to fasten it first.

I was hoping this would work as either a comfy everyday bra or if compressive enough as a sports bra. It unfortunately is neither! Comfy, yes, supportive, not so much, compressive, not at all. I'm a 38G and got the xxl, it fits, with room to spare, but the straps are too long to hold me up. The fabric is very soft cotton, if I wanted a lounge bra this would work, but not at that price. The additional over support piece did little to help. If I sized down it might fit better, but hard to know, returning.

Just what I needed after my surgery. Comfortable, good support, easy to launder, hooks work well. Better than anything I could find in a store.

Best post surgical bra for lift and implants.I absolutely love this bra. The adjustment on top and bottom is perfect when you have the implants in. You can remove them for more room and comfort. Unfortunately, I had to have my implants removed. And this is still the best bra for afterwards. My body was so sensitive I couldn’t use any other bra. The looseness it gives me on the bottom where the stitches are is just what I needed. I am ordering another one.

Very comfortable and material is nice I’m a 36DD and usually wear L or XL.I purchased a large and it is loose and not as supportive as I would like for after breast augmentation and the shoulder straps are too loose I wish they had more attachments so I could make it tighter for more support strap above the boob is skinny and folds on itself.

I love how adjustable it is, and comfortable! I must have purchased at least 15 different bras (compression bras included) for my post breast explant surgery, and then I found this one. I purchased the medium (orig 36 D) and at first it was snug right after surgery (38 C) but as my swelling went down I was still able to adjust accordingly. The medium worked well, I ended up at 36B/C and I was able to use it through my recovery. Overall great bra.

This was a life-saver after my explant surgery!! My ribs were very sore for several months. This bra was one of only 2 bras that I was able to wear comfortably while still maintaining support. It came down far enough that I was able to wear my ABD pads comfortably over my incisions, which was so helpful! I actually removed the top/bottom strap, as I didn't need that type of support. After surgery, I was a 34 D/DD, and I purchased a medium in white. During the day, I wear it on the tightest hooks. At night, I wear it on the loosest hooks, so it's very versatile. It launders very wear and maintains its shape and size. I had purchased several other more expensive bras, but this one by far was my favorite and at an amazing price! I can purchase 3 of these for the price of other brands! Love it!

I'm wearing this on the tightest fitting and it's still very big. I have just had breat lift and implants I went with xl as per size chart recommendations but it's very large.
