At first glance it seems to be a good source of info.

At last some instructions on using innovative and earth friendly materials, particularly those interlocking plastic pavers, TERREWALKS. I just may build my own patio now. A lovely, well presented book.

If you have never built a patio and are going to take it on yourself you will save thousands of dollars. This book is great for ideas showing you all of your options. The how to is not bad but I got clearer how to info from other sources. I recommend this book.

Excellent book for detailed instructions and pictures. More complete than most.

Typical B&D book with not well designed examples. Very good details, photos and materials lists for the DYI. But, for a book to be useful it should have been in a spiral or similar binder to be able to lay it open. The binding is very stiff and the heavy, large size makes it even difficult to read at a desk or in your lap.

a lot of neat ideas can't wait to use it!
