I love this kit. I purchased several other brands attempting to find the extremely small bit heads I needed and none of them fit. It wasn’t until I found this comprehensive and compact kit that I found exactly what I was looking for. The bits fit magnetically into the storage box and are really secure. One small niggle I have is that the bits don’t snap securely into place. But it wouldn’t detract from buying it again. This works great for my initial intended use and will be helpful far into the future.

Update: They offered a full refund, which is kind, but it's not so bad I won't keep it. I just hope that when the time comes that I inevitably will need to find another multi precision bit kit that these issues have been addressed and I can buy a version without these issues. I can't stress how good the concept is. And I wouldn't dissuade people from buying it as long as they know the potential issues. I was at the range the other day, on the grass. I needed to make some adjustments. This had the proper bit and it worked great. When pulling the case off, I kept my hand around the inner block that holds the bits so that I wouldn't lose any. I didn't, but it was a concern. This made it harder to find the bit that I needed since my hand was covering them... I used this to repair my kids' nintendo switch, it worked well enough. But since the bit didn't stay snug in the screwdriver, it was less than ideal. Working in tiny electronic situations is where this type of device should shine, but the tip having wiggle room... Also even when dealing with such small screws, the bit would pull out leaving it in the screw. All of these issues are due to weak magnetism. The case needs stronger magnets (and maybe more snug slots to hold them in better) to hold the bits in. The screw driver needs stronger magnets to hold the bit in, as well as less tolerance in the opening, to hold the bit in tightly. This is constructive criticism for the maker to improve upon and for the buyer to be aware of. If I didn't like the device, I would return it. Original: Most tips have two ends, visual indicator only shows for one end. Tips do not fit snug into screw driver, when using, they frequently pull out when you pull away from whatever you are screwing. Also for precision work, having the bit wiggle in the screw driver is not ideal. Tips do not fit snug into the case, if you drop it without the outer shell, even just 1 foot, most of your bits are going to scatter. Extremely neat concept, poor execution.
