Amazing tv using this tv for 2 years 👏

The supplier was vey responsible !! We had issue with the display, called them for assistance !! We got replacement immediately.

The TV and its specs are great, offering similar performance to the LG C3 or Samsung Q80 at almost half the price. However, after just 6 months of use, the screen started to show yellow and purple patches. I filed a warranty claim, and Hisense customer care was quick to collect the TV from my home within 3 days. They confirmed a replacement would be ready in another 3 days, which was good. However, the seller (NEWBLUE) didn’t update me about the replacement. When I followed up with both Hisense and NEWBLUE, I was told by NEWBLUE that the replacement was out of stock. They didn’t offer any solutions and took days to respond. After contacting Hisense and Amazon several times, Amazon finally agreed to refund me when I returned the TV. I picked up my TV from Hisense and returned it. I would not recommend buying from the seller NEWBLUE.

The tv is amazing

I bought this 65 inch TV from pre-book and comes at 69500 /- Amazon delivery was soo fast and installation was done within 2days of my purchase. Picture quality:-This TV is the huge upgrade from my earlier 32 inch tv and first impression was this TV was soooo big..I didn't expect that big.. i watched lot of sdr and HDR content on this TV and I would say this TV produce excellent picture quality that no tv can offer in this price point. As it has mini led technology the brightness is very high,with 50 %brightness it is so enough for day light conditions. I prefer filmmaker mode most of the times it produces phenomenal calibration over the content.before my purchase I was worried about imax enhanced feature whether will be available for my 65 inch tv but happily it was included in this.But as for my knowledge in India there are no platforms for imax enhanced feature but we can enjoy over YouTube .... that's really amazing watching imax mode ... Dolby vision works properly but I prefer Dolby vision iq which improves overall brightness on the scene without losing contrast.. Since it has 240 hz panel gaming seems soooo fluid and treat to watch .. Sound quality: To be honest iam not satisfied with the inbuilt speakers of 49 watt power and bass response is so poor I would recommend subwoofer speaker for this for greater sound enhancement ...I use blaupunkt sound bar for this and I truly amazed by the sound produced via hdmi e arc...bass response and mainly vocals and treble seems sharp and truly cinematic. Ui: vidaa is pretty good actually and remote response is good and there exists good useful features and I am okay with it.. hotstar available in this OS which is happy to see.. built in Alexa works excellent and microphone in the tv is too responsive and voice is too loud but for YouTube it doesn't support ,there we can use vidaa voice .. Finally concluding with ,this TV is the most value for money product that we can't ask more which it is giving for that price point.. I have done lot of research about TV's and I found this was best and after my experience I would say I got what I needed for my living room...I saw some of negative comments on this TV but 1000% I don't agree on that because I am using since 5 days . I received call from hisense and my fire stick will be arrives within 5 working days as said by the hisense I feel nothing to be worried about it and with having 4years warranty..

This review is after 2 weeks of usage.. Purchase experience: Got it for 70k for prebooking on amazon. Excellent pricing for features offered Hisense support: Installation completed on the day of delivery. Responded after 4 days about extended warranty. Aftr 7 days support team called and provided tracking for firestick. Pre booking benefits: Got 4 years warranty and free 4k firestick. One has to show patience and follow up with Hisense for 4 years warranty and firstick both to be provided hisense only. Panel and build quality: 65 inch comes with IPS display. Panel contrast is excellent and viewing angles good. Build quality looks and feels premium. Picture modes & quality: Lots of picture modes available ranging from Dolby vision IQ, Dolby Vision day, Dolby vision night, HDR standard, HDR dynamic, HDR day, HDR night, filmmaker modes, Movie day, movie night etc etc.. and they actually work effectively and makes viewing experience great.. the quality of 4k is stunning and rest of upscaling works fine for most of contents. Sound: Good clarity of voice and bass is Ok Ok but supports dolby atmos and has eArc port through which dolby atmos supported sound bar can be attached and experience rich sound I hope TV will have longevity and trouble free as there are multiple cases of issues arasing from longevity of TV specially with panels issues.. will update review if any issues or viewing experience

Excellent product from Hisense. 1. Display. HDR picture quality stunning. Colours vibrant and slightly over saturated. But it's pleasant to watch. Crisp clear picture with more details. Treat to watch OTT content.This TV not meant for SDR content and as expected upscaling is average. 2. Sound Surprisingly 49w speaker system too good. Low bass but clear voice. 3. Vidaa OS With 3gb ram OS is light with all necessary OTT apps and fluent & fast. Personally very much impressed with vidaa in my first experience. Customer care call received regards fire tv stick, expected next week. Most of the negative reviews because of the pre booked offers fire tv & 4 yrs warranty. This mini led from Hisense truly doing magic in all aspects. Simply go for it . 14.10.23 As per pre booked offers, Received fire tv stick and reply confirmation for 4yrs warranty. Picture quality better than fire tv in vidaa. After 10 day's still this mini led impressed with picture quality. OTT contents, movies and cricket watching is very much loveable and sound also good.

Ordered the TV at Amazon pre-booking offer with 4 year warranty at 70k. Warranty was the main selling point to us. Can get high refresh rates and other listed features at lesser price point with other brands and same price points with LG & Samsung. Check out TCL P635 pro/T6G with 120 Hz accelerator, 65" at 55k. However after the TV is delivered neither Hisense or Amazon is owning up to providing the 4 year warranty and I am now left with a 2 year warranty note. Amazon says warranty offer is by Hisense, Hisense says warranty offer is an Amazon offer. I am just deprived of new TV pleasure. Even after the pre-book offer, Hisense is giving a 3 year warranty for purchases but you will not have a proof for it. You can purchase similar features TCLs (55-60k) or Toshiba (60k) or Hisense U7H (54k) at much cheaper price and take third party extended warranty offers at 5k for 3 years, will give you a much higher peace of mind at significantly lower spend. Whatever the technology is, say Mini LED in this case for brightness and improved local dimming, Hardware performance matters, you can get equally good dimming zones and much better brightness with other brands at a slightly lower/similar price range but with better brand presence and proven hardware quality. Do check many international video reviews if you don't trust me, or go to a physical store to compare picture quality side by side. Anti Glare is bad on this TV, daytime viewing is average. Brightness is also Average. Check the photo I uploaded with the review. I can see myself taking a photo on the screen :( Blacks are only slightly better than half priced 65" TVs. Side view Angles are terrible, so not really capable of viewing by multiple people and movie nights are out of question. On high refresh rates, OTT platforms don't support higher than 60 Hz. PS4 doesn't support 120 Hz, only PS5 and XBOX X will take you to 120 HZ but your 95% use case will be 120 Hz at 1080 p, which TCL's gaming acceleration can provide at much lower cost (75% of U7K price). So this is really a marketing pitch and not gives much with current content and gaming console levels. True, we can argue about near future availability of 120 Hz content/games but then you would want a proven Hardware brand that can last 5+ years and still says ahead/comparable in terms of newer tech in this timeframe atleast. Summary, bought this TV due to 4 year OEM warranty offer, didn't get it on proof hence regret my purchase now. Features wise TV is high on paper, much lower in reality. Better to Buy other 65" LED TVs at 60% cost, won't be losing much in value. Will explore my return options with Amazon. Edited - Received the 4 year warranty confirmation on email from Hisense, hence added 2 stars. Local dimming feature can only be used after disabling clear motion. Blacks improved slightly after turning Local dimming to High, but at cost of motion performance. Will keep the TV.

I have purchased 65" of U7K, but it shows up as U6KX in some apps. I was skeptical as this is an IPS panel & worried about the blacks. Due to the mini LEDs, the blacks are on par with my 5-year-old VA panel TV during the day, but in a dark environment, black levels are horrible. Viewing angles are good during the day, but when hitting the panel, there is VA like colour shift at that spot. At night, the viewing angles & picture quality is very bad for dark videos. On top of that, there is illumination from the black bars on top & bottom. This is my biggest disappointment about this TV, to the point I wish I could have just purchased a regular QLED instead of this mini-LED. Hisense ought to fix this via software update. Brightness is good even on a day however, I don't know when it'll hit 1000 nits. Looks more like 500-600 nits or in other words, the brightness is similar to many regular 65" LED/QLED TVs that I have seen. Blooming can be noticed if you look for it, especially from the sides. The screen is not anti-glare. So, you can see reflections in dark videos. Vida OS is really snappy. Most common apps are available. Casting from Android devices requires additional settings to be turned on once in the System settings. Lot of options for tweaking picture settings. However, I found that I need to individually set some of the settings for SDR, HDR, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision videos, etc., which can be set only while that particular format of video is on. Needs to manually turn on the TV via the remote/power button every time I turn on the switch for the TV. UPDATE: There is a setting to enable auto power on in Advanced Settings. The description says WiFi 6E is supported, but WiFi doesn't recognize WPA 3. TV recognises shared drives on the network. My external HDD(NTFS) & SSD(exFAT) over 1TB not being detected by the TV when connected via USB port. Sound is very good for an inbuilt speaker. Feels like a 2.1 soundbar at normal volume. There is an option to turn off the screen if you only need to listen to music. Remote can be used in IR and Bluetooth mode. The remote has backlit buttons. I did the installation by myself as I had the tools. Although the Hisense technician did call a day before delivery. Update: Hisense technician called again 3 days after delivery for installation & I informed him I already installed it. After mounting, there is a clearance of around 10 cm between the TV & wall. So the ports are fairly accessible. I contacted Amazon customer care regarding the pre-book offer of FireStick 4K & 4-year warranty. The agent said that I'll receive an email with the offers within 15 days. UPDATE: I received Fire Stick 4K (3rd gen) via DTDC courier from Hisense 10 days after delivery. Vidaa OS is faster than Fire TV OS.
