Solid machine. Takes work to use.
I started by tearing the entire thing down to clean and lube all the parts and understand all the adjustments possible. This is something you probably want to do to get the smoothest operation. I also bought an assortment of grinding wheel grits since I didn't know what grit was included with the machine or what would work best for the types of blades I had. There are many grits available in the 125x10x32x8mm size that fits this machine. After comparing the ones I bought separately (#150, #180 & #400) I can only guess the stock wheel is about #120. It shows up unmarked and seems just a bit more course than any I bought. The stock one is good for heavy material removal on blades that are in really bad shape (burning your wood) but if you just want to touch up a serviceable blade even 150 might be too course. If you can get a water dripper for this it's definitely worth the trouble. It seems to be designed for one and dry grinding loads your wheel quickly. Especially if you use something finer than #150. It's probably why they deliver such a course wheel. The stock one doesn't load up too quickly.

Practice makes… pretty good.
Not for the faint of heart. It will do a good job, but requires practice and patience to get the set up correct. Practice on a blade that you don’t mind destroying and then use it on better blades after you’ve get the hang of it.

Quick and Easy
Great saw blade sharpener! Once you figure out all the adjustments needed to get started, the machine works well. After the set up is complete, you can sharpen a ten-inch 80 TPI saw blade in about three minutes. It’s a little heavy, but stores easily if you remove the adjustable angle arm which makes the unit about 13 inches long.

Poor blade indexing design
Instruction manual very poorly written leaving you to guess at how to adjust blade for proper indexing. The slide mechanism is sloppy. The motor does appear to run very well and quiet. But if the blade can't be properly indexed for each tooth your better off going to a saw blade a professional sharpener. I'm pleased that Amazon has a good return policy.

This thing is built well
Just got it set up and sharpened my 24” buzz saw blade. As heavy as the base is ( made out of cast iron) this blade, when mounted would almost tip the sharpener over. Won’t be a problem with smaller saw blades. I had to make a center adapter for this blade had a larger hole than the ones supplied with the unit (not a problem for my shop). It comes with a diamond wheel. Some indicate that they don’t get but one or two blades sharpened before it wares out, but in their pictures they are not using the water cooling. Take the grinding slow and use the water cooler and it should last thru several blade sharpening. The diamonds don’t ware out, they get knocked out of the binding material. The angle markings seem to be spot on, this makes the set up quick (once the individual blade settings are figured out ).

Works with caveats
Instructions are worthless. Setup is a bit of pain in the ass, but once set up it seems to have sharpened well. The spacers do not match the holes in the blades very well (10” & 12” dia. blades), but was able to adapt. The product works but requires some patience for setup. Would recommend product for people with some ingenuity.

It’s Great, Overall It Does Well
I ordered this knowing from watching videos on YouTube that the arbor sizes are metric not standard. That being said when I received the order I ground down the arbor shim for the center of the saw blade to fit as it is a hair too big. Works wonderfully no issues to complain about, I also 3D printed custom shims for it as well. Really easy to use and works well sharpens the blade like new definitely saves you money after a few uses. For me for a 10” blade different tooth counts it will cost between $25-$35 plus shipping of $7-$10 to have each blade sent it to be sharpened, that’s $32-$45 each. I hope this helps :)
