When I received the original bottle it had spilled but when the seller found out about it they were so gracious to replace not only the bottle I ordered but x2 and they added the patches and the tablets in as well. Now that is awesome customer service. I actually used what little I had left in the spilled bottle while I was touring Arizona and Nevada for the past two weeks and it absolutely helped me adjust to the high altitudes we encountered. Thanks so much to the company for going over and above to ensure their customers are happy!!!!

This is a wonderful roll-on to carry with you when traveling or when on the go. The oils included in the mix feature ginger, peppermint, lavender, frankincense, and sweet orange.I find the essential oil blend very pleasant and soothing.The metal rolling ball provides a cooling and comforting sensation to the skin.My sensitive skin has not experienced any irritation or adverse effects.

When I received my bottle, it was only about half full. It had leaked in transit but I couldn't figure out how because the bottle wasn't broken in any way that I could see. But the box was wet inside. Maybe some kind of gasket is needed which my bottle didn't have. But the fragrance is nice.

Update: Summits customer service was fantastic. When they found out I received a previously used product, they reached out immediately to make it right. It’s not often you find a company that is so attentive to their customers - I would definitely purchase from them again.Haven’t used the product yet, so my review is just based on how it arrived. The box was already opened but someone else and the plastic was broken. Not sure if it was actually used, but I’m not able to return it nor do I have time to since our trip is in 2 days. Smells good, but disappointed in the fact that this was clearly used previously.

This was an awesome product to have on hand while on a trip at altitude. The product's claims are accurate and the smell was very soothing. Great to have in case someone isn't having a good time on a trip in the mountains!

This is a very nice essential oil blend of Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Ginger, and Sweet Orange. It does have a strong smell, but I like it. The company is based out of Aspen, Colorado. I live at 7,600ft, so I have not had a need to try it for altitude sickness, but I plan to keep it with my first aid supplies in case I or someone with me needs it. When I received it, the box and instruction sheet that was in the box had some of the oil on them, so the container must have leaked a bit (I’ll be keeping it in a plastic bag).

This product is easy to use and works great!

I had to give this 4 stars. It works but it spills easily. I had the top cap shut and when traveling, it still spilled out.
