How do you make the bow?

From what i understand, it doesn't wrap around the cellophane. So, to create the bow pull the two drawstrings you will find within the material at one end. This will bunch up to form the bow as pictured. I then cut the excess drawstring off (not too close to the plastic rings in the bow), tied together the ends in the bow to make sure it didn't collapse, and then used this cut-off excess to tie around the cellophane. I then tied the bow to this.

The cellophane doesn’t seem to be wide enough. Has anyone else had this problem?

I managed after a couple of trials and it was fine .
