Fanbulous 52" Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Lights and Remote,6-Speed

Pretty solid. Easy install. Looks good, 6 speeds, a timer, 3 different light colors. Not the most silent fan but it's silent up to level 3. The 3 large blades feel like they're punching air broadly around the room more than other (5 smaller blade) fans that feel like they're pushing air directly down. One review said his broke when he used the reverse feature. I have no use for the reverse feature but I inspected it closely before installing and it seems sturdy. A similar fan from Lowe's goes for like $250 so this was a good deal.

We love this fan for its looks that can be used with any decor. Love the sleek design of the very quiet motor instead of a down rod fan. There are multiple settings for the fan and light on the remote control. The light is led which has 3 different light modes. The fan was also very easy to put up. It has a hanging wire that allows you to wire the electric without trying to hold the motor at the same time. We actually bought a second fan for a bedroom! It was priced right, under $100 for a fan that really moves air even in a large room like ours.

Great fan at an excellent price. Easy to install. The only hard part was lining up the second screw on the first blade. That was a bit of a challenge but after you get the first blade on, the other ones line up easily. It's very quiet and looks great. One of the easiest ceiling fans I've ever installed and I've done a bunch.

I bought 2. A white one and the wood grain one. they look good, but quality is terrible. I went to install the white one and the base that mounts to the ceiling had 4 screws to attached the fan. 2 of the screws/bolts i could not loosen. Mind you i had completely installed the fan and was mounting to the ceiling. They would not come undone. So I had to completely uninstall the fan to back down to the base bracket to try to loosen the bolts with some leverage. No luck! Both would not budge. We needed a fan in the guest bedroom as we had company coming, so i took the base bracket from my other fan (the wood grain one) and i was able to finally install it. By this time hours have passed. Get it installed, and tuned it on. worked well for a day or 2. I did email and after WEEKS of silence off and on, they finally sent a replacement part for my other fan. that took 2-3 weeks to get. But we could just not figure out the remote. WE paired it. But when we would turn on the fan, and then the light, and the fan would stop. Then we would just turn on the fan, and the light would come on for no reason. So we would shut off the light and the fan would stop. Very frustrating. Turn the fan on, and the light come back on. What the heck! So by this time i could not return. So what i had to do is disconnect the light! And still the remote does not seem to work properly. And then to boot, we had people staying in the room and in the middle of the night, the light cover fell off. Right on the bed. They woke up and it was lying there. Tried many times to reinstall. Would not stay. So i had to tape it on the fan. So tacky, but it is better than seeing the LED lights. So i go to install the second one. And it is De'ja' vu!!! finally got mounted. and the Remote is jacked!!! same thing as my other one. And the reason i am writing this review, is that i came in this morning and walked in my office, and the light cover is on the floor!!!! Junk! There is no reason for it fall off. We have not even turned on the fan because the remote is jacked up to! So do not buy. I bought 2 and they are both the same. Terrible. if i could, i would return, but since i am outside of my 30 days, no can do!

It’s nice. Thought it was wood blades like the other one I purchased but it’s not. Fan works good and powerful. Only down fall is the light cap keeps falling off.

So far the new fan is great. Modern 3 fan blades looks nice and the remote control of the speed and light makes it easy to operate. I did purchase a 3 year warranty. My husband installed with no problem. We have had it less than 3 months. I would recommend the fan.

Install was super easy and fast. Looks great in our library room. Quiet operation and moves a decent amount of air. Remote has adequate functionality and the blades look like wood once installed.

I think a review criticized this for having plastic blades, but think about it, are they going to be sagging down after 2 or 3 years like the pressed paperboard blades? This is a definite improvement over the kind that comes on literally every other ceiling fan besides the ones rated for outdoor use. That being said, another reviewer stated the light is only 1 color; it is not; it has a warm, cool, and bright setting. The light output is the same between modes, but a definite difference in the temperature. I replaced a 5 blade 52 inch fan with this, and this one puts out more air, id say probably 50% more easily. The remote works well, and there is no need to have switched power for this unit. This is lighter, brighter, puts out more air, and is easier than reaching over the table to pull the chain to change fan speeds(only 3 previous). After installation, no balancing was required even though this comes with a kit to do it with. Installation was a piece of cake as well, the unit is very light compared to the old, and only a few wires and screws to attach and your done, 10 minutes if you are adept, 20 if you need to take your time. This is easily a 100% improvement over my last fan. I bought a second just in case I get the urge to change out another fan in the house!

Love this fan. Super easy to install. I am not great with wiring but this was very easy to install. Took me about and hour to have the old ceiling fan down and this one up. Straight forward set up. Looks great. The 3 different lighting options are a nice touch. Can make the room feel very different between the 3 settings. I would like it you could toggle back and forth without turning the light on and off though. The fan moves a lot of air. I have yet needed a reason to run it above a 4 out of 6 setting. The fan has a breeze setting to simulate a breeze outside. I find this a little gimmicky, I've tried using it while sleeping and I actually find it more distracting than anything. Overall would recommend and buy again

Very sleek and nice-looking design. The blades are plastic, but they realistically resemble wood. Installation is fairly easy; however, be aware to set up the remote to power it on as it won't run using the wall light switch on its own.. People have complained about the brightness, but I have it set up in the master bedroom where I have a few table lamps, so it more than meets my needs. It has 6 fan speeds, runs quietly even at top speed, and does a nice job of circulating cooler air. I would recommend this product.

Despite some minor shortcomings, I gave this fan 5 stars because of its high quality and ease of installation. All electrical connections with the exception of the main loads, are quick connect plugs. The plastic blades are a good choice as they are light weight and reduce potential vibration while looking like real wood. The cons are that there was no mention of the importance of the ceiling mounting bracket being level to reduce vibration, I had to create some shims so the motor assembly would hang straight down. The light also lacks brightness and the remote operation instructions are vague, although I am sure I will figure it out. All and all, quite satisfied and would recommend this ceiling fan.
