I’ve had a foot drop for about 6 months now and have used a variety of foot braces but this one definitely tops them all based on the price and functionality. It’s so quick and easy to put on and I feel very stable when walking around. I was surprised to find out just how comfortable it was even after walking or working for hours. You get a good amount of mobility after adjusting it to your fitting. When the velcro starts to give, I will buy this AFO again or try replacing the velcro.

Although this is the brace my therapist and I ordered this is NOT the brace that was sent to me. The brace shipped to me is bulky, uncomfortable, irritating and painful but I have already ordered this brace twice and both times was sent a mess

I needed this for persistent ankle pain 8 months after total ankle replacement. My doctor ordered a custom carbon fiber AFO through a posthetist, but that is taking a long time to get, so I decided to try this despite all the negative reviews. I received it a few hours ago and had no trouble putting it in place (no trimming needed since I use size 14 shoe) and have experienced immediate relief for the first time in months. For those who have posted that it is uncomfortable or that the plastic part of the AFO causes pain or blisters, I wonder if they are inserting it on top of instead of below the insert or orthotic. You need to remove the insert or orthotic from of your shoe, insert the AFO into the shoe, then place the shoe insert or orthotic between the AFO and foot. Your foot should be in contact with the shoe insert or custom orthotic, not in contact with the AFO plastic

It is a good product, but I recommend going to a specialist instead of buying any aides

I like this brace because it fits my shoes without having to be trimmed. Also, it has a buckle, so that once I got it adjusted to fit my leg, I only had to buckle it to put it on. My old brace only had a velco strap, which after a few months lost its ability to adhere to itself and had to be pinned. I also wanted one that was black, because it doesn't show under the hem of my trousers as much as my old white one did. This one is also padded in the front, so it's less irritating to my shin.

These are more of a health hazard than they are helpful. The quality is the same as a Tupperware, the support is not there and it doesn't keep your foot up. They're so light because they're so thin. The straps are the only thing that are decent since they're almost like a seatbelt.

Ordered for a family member who was suffering from foot drop after a stroke and it was exactly what they needed. PT recommended this over a custom one so we would have it quicker and in hopes he won’t need it very long term. Haven’t had any issues with it and this helped tremendously.

Not sure why it got so many bad reviews, I just put it into my shoe, strapped it on and away I went. In warmer weather I might have to trim it a little to fit in some sneakers, but so far it's not an issue. It fit under and over my jeans, just adjust as needed. Lots of Velcro, padded well. You might need taller socks depending on how itchy it feels if you wear it under your pant legs, or if you wear shorts. Other than that very happy I bought it. *****

Es un buen producto, algo grande y ancho así que no va a calzar bien en cualquier zapato, no se corta tan fácil como dice a menos que use unas tijeras muy filosas, los soportes son buenos brindan confor así como estabilidad al talón
