Best knee sleeves I used. Great support and allows me to lift more.

I previously used 7mm knee sleeves for powerlifting and kept that pair for more than ten years. I bought these 5mm sleeves for pickleball, and they've been excellent for that purpose. They keep my knees warm while I play, which is a big part of why I wanted them, and I've found them really helpful. I also like the black color. Very happy with this pair.

Very happy with these knee sleeves. Turning 50 and my knees aren’t what they used to be. These help support my knees and (I believe) prevent pain later on.

This is my second time buying this knee sleeve. They hold up really well. I wash them in the washer without issue or deterioration. I had to buy another set because I lost weight and had to go from an Xlarge to a large. If you measure your calf the sizing chart is accurate. I wear them when I am having issues with my knees which is not necessarily all the time. I wear them in the ocean when I surf, Mountain Bike, hike, Disc Golf, and even in bed. I like that they are neoprene because they fit like a glove. The support I feel when I slide them on is immediate. They also keep your knee warm which can help with inflammation. There are cheaper knees sleeves out there but the cost is worth it for the support and immediate relief you feel when putting them on.

I thought the price was a little steep for only 1 sleeve but when I used it for my leg workout I was pleasantly surprised at how well it stayed in place. My thighs are on the thicker side and this thing didn’t budge through all my workouts including squats and lunges. My knee felt well supported and the compression was great. I got a size large for reference

Me gusta el aporte que me brinda haciendo deporte. El deporte que hago es de gimnasio y al usar máquinas para reforzar piernas viene fenomenal por el soporte y seguridad que siento. Tengo problemas con la rodilla izquierda, me querían operar pero yo dije que de momento no. Mi fisio qué también es culturista me las recomendó. Primero compré el de 3 mm y esta vez el de 5mm, estrenado hoy mismo y perfecto, me recoge la rodilla y permite dar un poco más de mi.

Ho subìto un intervento al legamento crociato anteriore l anno scorso e ho appena ripreso con il crossfit dopo 8 mesi di palestra per riprendere la muscolatura e ripotenziare la gamba operata. Consiglio a tutti sia come prevenzione in caso di sollevamento di massimali o comunque esercizi come clean and jerk, snatch che imprimono un carico importante sulle articolazioni e in particolare sulle ginocchia. Soprattutto a persone che hanno subìto interventi chirurgici ai legamenti. (Menischi, LCA, LCL)
