these Create gummies surprised me! The real win for me is that it helps me stay consistent & look forward to taking my creatine! I am often in back to back calls or running out the door so mixing a powder just doesn't happen. I'll also say the texture has come a long way. Creatine gummies used to be gritty and chalky, and these are noticeably smoother than they were a year ago!! Small thing, but it matters when you're trying to actually keep a daily habit. They genuinely taste good too. I genuinely have more mental clarity and I've noticed a steady improvement in my workout performance! More energy in the tank, better lifts, pumps, etc. For something this easy to keep up with, it's an easy yes for me! Health Coach approved.

Found these wonderful clean gummies for my growing teen son as there’s so many out there with many other unnecessary fillers & additives that don’t really do anything but cause harm to the body. These seemed to be doing very well for his overall goals & performance when doing sports or weight training. As like all supplements, things take time to take its course but he enjoys the blue flavor right now. We will continue buying these as long as the quality holds up without too much price hike. I’d also like to note that he has mild ulcerative colitis which this product had no interaction with digestibility. No side effects either with the 3x/day. My daughters name is also Sienna ;)

4/5 ⭐️ effectiveness 0/5 ⭐️ taste I have been taking these gummies as directed (3 daily) for 10 days now and have noticed a great difference in building lean muscle. For reference I am a 27yo woman, roughly 5’4 140lbs with noodles for arms. Since taking these and lifting regularly I have seen noticeable difference in my body and have felt an increase in energy and less pain the following day. I have not noticed any increase in bloating directly related to taking these. Because of this difference, I have been putting up with the awful taste of these gummies. I’m not sure where the blue raspberry flavor came from on the label but this tastes like I’m chewing on a tire. Mind you, I cannot put all three in my mouth at the same time (size of gummy is around a nickel) so I’m chewing on each of these tire gummies separately and they like to stick in my teeth. Not to be dramatic but I physically have to do the chew without breathing super fast method or I’ll start gagging. The flavor does go away quickly if you wash it down with water but I have to physically pick gummy pieces out of my teeth in the process.
