How long is the shelf life?

I just got mine, I only have 3 weeks to eat them. Awful. The one I bought from the store has a 5 month shelf life. Do not order these as they are clearly trying to get rid of their old stock.

Are the jasmine and basmati rice gluten free, for Celiacs?

Rice is gluten free. As far as I know, only wheat products have gluten like bread and pasta. So those rice products that have seasoning are o.k. if there are no wheat products added.
