Holy Grail of Mandolins
We have struggled to find a decent mandolin for years. They have always under-deliverd in their promised and have been so awkward to use that they have honestly been a safety hazard. I am lucky to still have all my fingers! This machine is a winner. It is heavy duty and large enough to fit large full potatoes and yams AND it can be folded up for easy storage. We are very happy with this purchase. it slices and juliennes different thicknesses beautifully.
