Good value
This is my first electronic endoscope/borescope. It plugs into your phone or tablet and is powered by the USBC, including its light. It has two lenses, one forward one on the side. The picture is pretty clear for such a small lens if you manage the focal distance. The cable is semi-rigid so you can bend it or keep it straight. For what you get the price seems really reasonable and was an easy choice to buy vs. borrow or rent one. It connected right away with my iPhone and I had zero connection issues. One use case I had was checking an old fuel tank for rust and contents and I inadvertently dipped the head into gasoline. It survived just fine. With all that said, some limitations and considerations: - The light is not going to light up a large space or a distance greater than maybe 12โ, even on high. This is to be expected I guess with the limited size of the head and the power limitations of the USBC. The head gets quite warm when the light is on high, so I think they maxed out the light capability. For.a large space I used a mini high power LED flashlight in addition which helped a lot. - It can be quite difficult to orient yourself especially when you donโt know if it has twisted and you donโt know what the space looks like before you explore it. This is just user education, but it wasnโt nearly as easy to figure out what I was looking at as I hoped. - The app needs access to your entire photo library to save a photo to it. Some reviews have noted that they were uncomfortable with this as they thought the app connected to some online server somewhere. What I did was to take all my pictures; then turn on airplane mode; then give it permissions to my library; then save the pics; then shut down the app and turn airplane mode off again. Maybe paranoid, but pretty easy. I would recommend this product.

Great little camera for the money.
Directions included are vague. Let's get that out of the way. Both cameras on this endoscope are very sharp, good image quality, and can focus quite close-up. The little console on the cord has a button for taking photos, along with the light adjustment. Hold that button down to switch between cameras. (not mentioned in the directions). The app that comes with this is clean and simple, not riddled with ads, and serves its purpose. The cord is a little more rigid than I would like, but not a deal breaker.

Nice little tool
This is an excellent tool especially for the money. The light is pretty dim with the mirror attachment and I wish that there was a round tip to allow it to navigate tightspaces easier, but it really does have suprising clarity and is easy to setup and use. The app is a little undocumented but easy enough to understand with a minute or 2 of experimentation.

Solid borescope for the price. Very handy on the job
I picked this borescope up for a job where I had to pull wires through a really tight space, and it performed better than I expected. The cable length is more than enough for anything Iโd typically need it for and the semi-rigid design definitely helps with control, but in practice I found itโs best to tape it to a fish rod for more accurate maneuvering over long distances. Image quality is solid for the price point, and being able to snap photos or record directly in the app makes it easy to document work or share progress with a client. Nice touch that the app automatically opens when you plug the scope in (after setup). It's also great that it has 2 cameras, but I really only needed to use the front-facing one. The LED light output is plenty bright within the focal range, though it does get warm after extended use, thatโs pretty standard for LEDs. All in all, itโs a reliable inspection tool thatโs already earned a spot in my kit. I attached a video showing live borescope footage overlayed while I was fishing the wires, plus the finished run so you can see the kind of tight space this thing helped with. For the cost, itโs well worth having on hand.

Great low cost tool you can't live without!
It was finally time to write up a review of this borescope. I had originally rated it a 3 star but now that I've actually used it a bunch I have to give it a 5 star rating. You have to download an app that is okish but it works. I had a kitchen sink faucet that the spray attachment quit working. I had just replaced the primary cartridge and the diverter valve doohicky. Worked fine for a week then nothing but weak spray from the spray attachment. What the heck? I took the faucet apart again and removed the doohickey, it looked just fine. Figured maybe it was in the wrong way but it only can go one way. Cleaned it all up, reassembled and tested...NOOOO not working. Took it completely apart and didn't see anything wrong. All the o-rings were there and lubed up properly. Problem was I couldn't see the hole where the diverter valve went as it was on the back side and only about 5 inches of clearance. Here's where the endoscope camera came into play. Plugged it into my iphone and opened the app. Switched to the side camera and found the hole where the valve went. Bam there it was, a chunk of old o-ring wedged in the port blocking the output. I would have had to completely remove the faucet to ever see that. Using the borescope and a bent up paperclip I was able to un-lodge the chunk of trouble and fix my problem. Was it worth the money? Heck ya! So overall this endoscope is pretty flexible but the cable is actually stiff and bendy. I think it has a metal sleve around it allowing you to bend into the shape you need. So far for the three things I used it for it has held up fine. Has a dimmable light for both the cameras which really come in handy. Overall I find this A+

Easy Setup, Decent Picture, but Limited Use in Dark Spaces
I bought this endoscope to help locate rattling pipes inside my ceiling. Unfortunately, it didnโt quite deliver for that specific job. Ease of Setup - On the plus side, connecting to my iPhone was quick and simple. The app paired right away, and I really appreciate that it doesnโt require a subscription or account login (a refreshing change from many devices these days). Performance in Dark Areas - Even with the LED brightness turned all the way up, I wasnโt able to see clearly in the dark ceiling space. The light just wasnโt strong enough to illuminate what I needed, and the picture quality, while okay, wasnโt as sharp as I expected. Other Uses - That said, I can see this being much more useful for other tasks โ like checking tight spots in a car engine or dash where thereโs at least some light. It feels like a tool thatโs good to keep in the toolbox, even if it didnโt solve my original problem. Verdict - This is an easy-to-use, budget-friendly tool that works fine in certain scenarios, but if you need to see into very dark spaces, it may not be reliable enough.

Mom Approved
It's important to know that I am not a professional contractor. I'm just a mom who needs some home repairs. I don't know if there's any damage behind the drywall, so I purchased this camera to inspect before having contractors come by to give estimates. I have a bulge at one of the seams in the bathroom. I was able to slip the camera into this bulge with ease and saw that most of the wall beneath was in good condition. I may need to do some light repairs at the bottom. As I read in the reviews, the app was very easy to use. I appreciated that it does not collect your data (two thumbs up). Heads up: Amazon users gave the app better reviews than the App Store. The lighting was good; I found the images clear enough for my purpose. There's even a side-by-side option. The cord's stiffness was just right; no problem moving the camera behind the drywall. I haven't tried all of the attachments yet. I've only used the older iPhone attachment, which worked perfectly.

A Tool That's Fun
Its fun! I havent had serious uses for it but man, being able to look inside things is great. Was planning on looking inside a spark plug hole or fishing things out of tight spaces. Simple setup, its just an app. The attachments are a nice touch. Camera is very clear and the lights arent overly bright. It is VERY long and very flexible so it should pretty well go anywhere you could need. I haven't had it long or used it hard enough to speak on its durability but it feels of quality, like it won't break after a few uses.

Works Fine
I just used this camera to look inside the duct. For the most part it did the job. Camera quality is good. Lighting is enough but it was little hard to maneuver the camera inside the duct. If it had more powerful light it would be little better.
