Appauling
The item is marks and chipped and loafs of glue showing. The birthday is tomorrow and it's too late to get a replacement so will have to be given in an embarrassing condition. I would not buy this or similar product again really disappointed j wanted nearly £20

Quality seems OK however I specifically purchased this for the nice message on the base "Celebrating with you on your birthday" however the product that arrived merely says "happy birthday" and not in the fancy script style font
