No issues for the last 8 months or so. Works well. Never use the app other than setting up the fingerprints

It broke after a couple months, it wont charge, it was always super finicky, the app was super bad and would take super long and half the time fail to connect to the lock. I would have always have to use my fingerprint a couple times for it to work. Sometimes it just wouldn't work, none of the 10 fingers I put worked and luckily I was always able to go through the app to get my door unlocked. Waste of money and now it doesn't even work.

The installation process for the knob was very straightforward, and setting up the fingerprints was quite simple as well. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the accompanying app, and I was disappointed to find that no charging cable was included in the package. Initially, I had trouble getting the knob to charge with the cables I had on hand.I reached out to DINSTECH, and they responded promptly. They informed me that the knob requires a USB A - Type C cable and not a fast charging cable. Once I used the correct cable, the knob charged without any issues. Despite the initial hiccup, I'm pleased with the product overall and plan to purchase a couple more!

It works perfectly IF you set up fingerprints as instructed. I had to setup my wife's finger prints twice because it was poor at recognition, I think she's either from Vulcan or possibly an imposter. 😁I decided to charge it today even though it still has power 6 months later. It's installed on my wine closet I use for making wine so it doesn't get every day usage like an interior door would.For my uses it's worked perfectly.

Lower rating because it misreads prints sometimes and you have to add the same finger multiple times to get a good library built to be able to open.After so many failed attempts or for some other reason it stops working with the print and you need to use the app or key itself.Also beware it’s a knob that needs charging and isn’t quick release so it can be a pain.

This door knob was easy to install and pretty easy to set using only your fingerprint. It does have a key if the charge of the battery is dead. I believe it's great quality for the price.

I bought this in April and towards the beginning of July the battery started to get low. I looked in the box for a charger there wasn’t one but seen it takes type C cords so I used what I had. I realized upon plugging it in the battery percentage wasn’t changing so I decided to leave it overnight. The next morning still low battery it’s now completely dead and I have to use the key. I can’t contact support because it’s been a few months since I’ve ordered it so i unfortunately may have to buy another one which is very frustrating. Don’t buy this without getting the warranty and if you don’t want the warranty DON’T BUY IT.

It is a little weird to try to recharge it, but it works great.
