This is a well built and powerful massage gun that I've found to be a useful tool in recovering while training for a half marathon. The gun itself is predominantly metal, with a rubber coated handle, and it feels very high quality. There's no hint of rattling or weakness in the chassis. These dense materials lead to the gun being quite heavy - I don't mind as I don't use it for extended periods, but it might be a consideration if you have weakness in your hands. The accessories also feel high quality and durable. There's a good range of heads for different massage types and I don't think there's anything missing that I'd want. The motor is super powerful and operates smoothly. I usually use it on my calves in addition to foam rolling and I think it does help with recovery and keeping circulation good. I didn't find the app particularly appealing or useful, but I am a luddite when it comes to app-connected gadgets. It's perfectly usable without pairing to a phone, but if you want you can use the phone to control the gun. Recommended.

If I had to sum up the biggest fads of the last couple of years, I’d say massage guns and air fryers. Both of which are EVERYWHERE and you can hardly move on Amazon without one or the other being recommended to you. Renpho is definitely one of the names associated with massage guns. Just type it into the search bar and you will see loads of massage guns from them. Each one with slightly different things offered. There’s mini ones, ones with heat, ones with long extensions so you can massage your own back.. even smart ones that have Bluetooth built in like this one. Yep, a smart massage gun that you can control via the app. The app also provides video examples so you can get a steer how to use it properly, but there’s probably loads of free video info available on social sites so I wouldn’t let this be a deal breaker for you. There’s a handy case for storage and 5 heads provided for different kinds of massaging. My youngest plays a lot of football and he sticks to the ball head. This thing gets used daily. He’s 17 so he doesn’t need me to show him anything (!) he knows how it works. There’s a big display so he knows the power and battery percentage. He says it definitely helps his legs and he recommends - he’s even takes it to games now and shares it with his sweaty mates, meaning we’ve kind of lost it to him, but he’s getting a lot of use out of it, which was always the point.. at least we have the box to look at 😀

I should start by saying that I’ve never used a massage gun before and I’m certainly not an athlete! However, after having some shoulder pain I thought I would give this a go. It comes packaged in its own sturdy carry case and everything about it suggests quality. The gun itself is quite heavy to hold but looks very sturdy and robust. The control panel is very modern with a digital display that lights up different colours if too much pressure is applied. There are five heads for different muscle groups. The instructions are not very clear if you’re not an expert in where these muscles are, however, there is an app that has more info and some video tutorials to help get it right. The massager has five power levels. I found the first to be very powerful and strong enough, some of the higher levels were too much for me, but probably useful for some. It really has helped with my shoulder and is a reasonably pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this, as it seems a very powerful piece of kit for the price.

Versatility is this Massage guns biggest strong point. It comes equipped with 5 interchangeable heads to target different areas of the body and give varying levels of massage per your requirement. Its versatility has aided in my muscles being able to recover so much quicker than I have previously experienced. Being a gun type I am more likely to keep up with my massaging needs. It's ergonomically pleasing and light weight making it easy to use. The battery lasts for multiple massages so no need to be constantly putting it on charge. However i will say that it does run down pretty quickly on the highest setting. The app is amazing, it has loads of courses and pre set massage times / setting to go along with instruction videos. This massage gun is honesty a life changer it is so so good, 5 🌟 - I'd give it more if I could! It's expensive, but worth it. I hope you find my review helpful.

My main form of exercise is running interspersed with short HIIT sessions. From time to time, my exercise schedule gets thrown out of kilter (work and home commitments, weather etc) and if there’s a significant gap between sessions, I tend to feel it after the next activity session. For me this is where this massage gun comes in handy - yes, I should probably use it as a preventative measure, but I do enjoy using this when I have doms. It’s almost a sort of perverse pleasure but it really does aid muscle repair. The gun is solidly made and feels built to last. Feels really good quality and has good power throughout the speed range. USB-C cable/connection is extremely convenient. Great to have an array of heads - my favourite is the sponge head. Good carry case for storage of the unit with the accessories. Great device and thoroughly recommended.

The first thing that struck me was the weight of the item! The main body is very heavy and excellent quality. Certainly built to last! It’s not a gadget that is particularly easy to use on your own body, as the weight makes it difficult use whilst holding in the right place. It’s definitely better if you can use it on each other. I really liked that there are YouTube videos showing how to use it correctly on different areas of the body. It gave me confidence that I was getting the most out of it. Seems to work well and it gave me a very good massage. A good investment, as massage isn’t cheap these days, so it quickly pays for itself.

This not my first Renpho product, did not disapointed. Great product with mutiple tips to help relaxing and massage every type of muscles. The app also provide serveal modes to activate the correct mode for the correct outcome

Pistola massaggiatrice modello R-C002S della Renpho, l'ho provata grazie al Programma Amazon Vine che me ne ha consesso l'opportunità. DOTAZIONE e DESCRIZIONE Scatola brandizzata per questa pistola massaggiatrice al cui interno arriva riposta in una pratica valigetta con chiusura a zip a doppio cursore e maniglia. E' accompagnata dai seguenti componenti e accessori: - 1 cavo per la ricarica Usb A-C; - 1 testina a sfera; - 1 testina a U; - 1 testina a forma di proiettile; - 1 testina ad arco; - 1 testina anulare; - 2 manicotti in gomma di riserva; - 1 manuale d'uso multilingue, italiano compreso. - 1 dichiarazione di conformità. Ha il corpo in plastica con il manico rivestito in gomma. Le sue misure sono di 19 cm di altezza x 15 cm di profondità con uno spessore massimo di 6 cm di diametro. Il peso è di 680 grammi. Il display ed il tasto di accensione sono posti sul retro, mentre la porta di ricarica di USB – C è situata sul fondo del manico. FUNZIONAMENTO ed ESPERIENZA D'USO La casa costruttrice raccomanda di ricaricare completamente la batteria prima di iniziare ad usare il dispositivo. La gestione è molto semplice ed oltre alla sua accensione che avviene premendo per più di 2 secondi il relativo tasto, attraverso sempre quest'ultimo è possibile impostare uno dei 5 livelli di potenza con pressioni progressive brevi. I livelli ad ogni progressione aumentano di giri andando dai 1800 del Livello 1 (L1) ai 2800 del Livello 5 (L5). Il dispositivo è munito anche di spegnimento automatico che avviene dopo 120 secondi di non utilizzo o dopo 10 minuti di utilizzo continuo. A supportare il corretto funzionamento c'è anche la linea a mezzaluna che si accende sul display posteriore che sta ad indicare un normale funzionamento (luce blu), una scarsa pressione applicata (luce arancione), una pressione eccessiva (luce rossa), anche se ho notato che luce blu e luce arancione non sempre segnalano in maniera sincronizzata il reale impatto della testina sul corpo. Attraverso l'app “Renpho Health” si può collegare il dispositivo allo smartphone via bluetooth e scegliere anche fra 2 metodi: - Metodo 1: modalità manuale e modalità automatica dove aumentano in automatico appunto l'impostazione dei livelli; - Metodo 2: si può scegliere una sessione dedicata per specifici gruppi muscolari con video di supporto riprodotti sullo smartphone. In tutti i casi la sincronizzazione e la gestione del dispositivo avviene solo con quest'ultimo accesso e collegato in bluetooth allo smartphone. La pistola con la sua progressione nei vari livelli di potenza funziona molto bene ed i massaggi, in relazione alle soggettive necessità ed alle aree specifiche, risultano efficaci sia per le contratture, che per il rilassamento muscolare e la circolazione sanguigna. Tra i fattori positivi è sicuramente annoverabile la qualità costruttiva sia per i materiali impiegati, sia per il livello di assemblaggio, per il quale non ho rilevato sbavature, difetti o criticità di sorta. Le testine presenti in dotazione coprono tutte le diverse necessità relative alle aree da trattare, da quella a sfera per i grandi gruppi muscolari come quadricipidi e glutei a quella a forma di arco (o mezzaluna) per muscoli superficiali come il brachioradiale o l'estensore. Molto bene anche la parte dell'impugnatura rivestita in gomma per aumentarne il grip. Nonostante il peso di 680 grammi è anche abbastanza maneggevole grazie alle sue dimensioni compatte. Bene il display e le indicazioni che riporta, a livello di tasti di gestione, oltre quello di accensione, avrei invece preferito la presenza di altri 2 tasti + e - , per salire o scendere di livello, per non essere costretti ogni volta a fare il giro completo, ovvero per esempio andare dal 3° al 5° prima di tornare al 1° livello. Bene anche l'app che dota questo dispositivo di una funzione di supporto con la possibilità di seguire dei video esplicativi mentre si fanno massaggi per specifici gruppi di muscoli. Molto bene anche la ricarica rapida 18W attraverso idoneo adattatore esterno non previsto però in dotazione, ma che ho avuto modo di provare tramite uno simile che avevo già a disposizione. Per quanto riguarda il rumore, questo aumenta ovviamente con l'aumentare dei livelli, ma rimane sempre trascurabile, visto anche il tempo ridotto di trattamento. Il prezzo attuale di €115,99 a cui è possibile applicare uno sconto – coupon di € 30,00 lo trovo più che centrato. SINTESI Di seguito i miei pro e contro: PRO - ottimo range di livelli di potenza; - massaggi efficaci per rilassamento, riscaldamento e/o recupero dei muscoli; - buon impulso per la circolazione sanguigna a basse velocità; - maneggevole; - facilità di utilizzo; - buon grip; - bassa rumorosità; - supporto app dedicato via bluetooth; - possibilità di ricarica veloce. CONTRO - nessuno riscontrato ad oggi. CONCLUSIONI E' un aggiornamento della pistola massaggiatrice che introduce la novità della ricarica veloce e del supporto via app dedicata. L'efficacia, la qualità e la dotazione sono ai massimi livelli, come è ormai prassi consolidata del brand Renpho, marchio specializzato nel settore. Raccomando sempre di leggere bene avvertenze ed istruzioni trattandosi di un dispositivo che ha comunque un impatto sul nostro corpo. Il mio voto finale: 5 stelle!

All'interno inoltre è riposta in una splendida custodia a valigetta che la protegge perfettamente. La custodia è imbottita e realizzata con materiale semirigido e di elevata qualità. Ha un pratico e robusto manico gommato e si apre con una cerniera a doppio tiretto. L'interno è da un lato totalmente preformato per tenere tutto ben protetto ed in ordine mentre il lato opposto ha una tasca a reticella per contenere il manuale e il cavetto di ricarica. La custodia è di colore nero e misura: -27 cm di lunghezza; -10 cm di larghezza; -10 cm di altezza. All'interno della custodia ho trovato: -la pistola massaggiante; -1 cavetto del tipo USB-C per ricaricarla; -1 testina a sfera morbida per massaggiare i grandi gruppi muscolari; -1 testina a proiettile che serve a massaggiare i tessuti profondi come mani e piedi; -1 testina anulare per grandi muscoli come i glutei; -1 testina a forcella per massaggiare la colonna vertebrale, il collo e il tallone di Achille; -1 testina a mezzaluna per massaggiare spalle, braccia e gambe; -2 guarnizioni di ricambio; -il manuale d'uso scritto anche in italiano. La pistola è veramente fatta benone, è di qualità straordinaria ed è anche piuttosto piccola e maneggevole. Le misure sono: -19 cm di lunghezza; -15 cm di larghezza; -6 cm di spessore. Il manico è gommato e antiscivolo. Nella parte superiore ha la presa d'aria e sul retro si ha il display e il tasto per gestirla. Tramite l'unico tasto accendo la pistola, la spengo e seleziono uno dei 5 livelli di potenza a disposizione. Al momento che accendo il display, la prima cosa che compare è la percentuale di batteria rimanente. La batteria è da 2000 mAh e con solo 90 minuti di ricarica dura fino a 3 ore. Trovo inoltre comodo il sistema di risparmio energetico che fa spegnere la pistola dopo 10 minuti di utilizzo che è accesa. Subito dopo la percentuale della batteria sul display compare L0 che significa livello 0. Con le successive pressioni si accende la pistola e si aumentano i livelli. Ne ho a disposizione 5, si parte da un livello leggero per arrivare al quinto che è davvero intenso, adatto anche a professionisti. La pistola è molto comoda e semplice da usare. Le testine si inseriscono a pressione e sono adatte a massaggiare diverse parti del corpo e indicate sia per contratture che per lenire dolori post allenamento. Ma la marcia in più di questa pistola è che ha il collegamento Bluetooth ed è possibile collegarla al telefonino ed avere sempre a disposizione il diario dei trattamenti che faccio. Inoltre l'app da un sacco di suggerimenti indispensabili e utilissimi per capire come sfruttare al meglio la pistola massaggiante. L'app è davvero fatta bene, mi piace un sacco. In conclusione sono estremamente soddisfatta, trovo questa pistola perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista e la consiglio senza alcun dubbio. La pistola è comodissima perchè è dotata di una grande batteria al litio ricaricabile che mi consente di usarla in totale libertà ovunque, che sia in casa o in palestra, senza la necessità di avere una presa di corrente vicino. La batteria è da 2500 mAh e garantisce fino a 5 ore di autonomia con una sola ricarica. Impiega poi circa 4 ore per portare a termine la ricarica. Mi piace molto il fatto che la pistola abbia un sistema di sicurezza, dopo 10 minuti di massaggio continuo infatti si spegne da sola in modo da evitare un uso esagerato e serve anche da risparmio energetico qualora la scordassi accesa inavvertitamente. In ogni caso, se si spegne in automatico ma serve ancora, basta semplicemente riaccenderla, partirà immediatamente senza bisogno di pause. La pistola si accende e si gestisce con l'unico tasto che trovo sul retro. Con una pressione lunga accendo e spengo la pistola mentre con una pressione breve cambio il livello di potenza. La pistola ha 5 livelli che vengono contrassegnati con delle piccole spie luminose che trovo sul tasto a formare un arco. Sempre sul tasto trovo altri 4 piccoli led bianchi, ma stavolta dritti, che indicano il livello di batteria rimanente. Le testine in dotazione sono tante e comode però, mentre quella in spugna e in gomma sono grandi, le altre sono piuttosto piccoline, in particolare quella rotonda piatta ha un diametro di appena 3,5 cm. Ma tutto sommato lavorano tutte bene e la grande varietà di forme mi permette di trattare tutto il corpo in ogni parte, anche le zone più delicate. L'inserimento e il cambio delle testine è molto semplice, si inseriscono a pressione. La pistola funziona a dovere, anche se i livelli non sono tantissimi sono più che sufficienti per effettuare sia massaggi delicati che intensi. Nel complesso sono soddisfatta, è un buon prodotto e lo consiglio serenamente.
