Thank you! I delivered twins six months ago and developed wrist tendinitis / "mommy's wrist" from all of the picking up. I have no extra time to carry around an ice pack or bag of frozen peas. These are perfect for my wrist, very soothing and stay cold. Great product!

If your wrist is sour. This is great product. I put this in the freezer and when I put it on my wrist instant relief. Goes on very easy.

great product stays cold for a long time but only stays hot a short time. gotta renuke every few min. BUT still better than everything else ive tried.

This only retains heat for like 5 minutes.

I have RA and Fibromyalgia, so I'm in pain and get a got of swelling in my feet. These are good durable material that stays cold and works well to help with pain and swelling. I bought two small ones (4 total one for each foot/hand). Will be trying the larger ones for my knees.

I purchased these wraps because they were recommended by a friend and I'm happy with my purchase. I have a wrist issue post surgery and need to ice it after heavy use. Though they do not stay cold for more than about 10-15 minutes there are two so I rotate them and it gives me the 'icing' time I need to keep swelling down. I plan to buy another set as they work well, size and thickness are an excellent fit for my female wrist.

But this as a gift for my granny, she loves the support it adds to her wrist and even her elbows. I tried it on and it does have a nice cooling effect along with the compression :) she tried putting it in the freezer and said it was way too cold for her.

Fit me perfect, not too tight or too loose. I have about a 7" wrist. I keep mine in the freezer and take them out just before bedtime and sit them next to the bed. We keep our room as cool as possible with a fan blowing in the distance. If I don't use one or both immediately, they stay cool enough throughout the night for me to slide one on when needed, and still get the cooling effect. The cooling on these don't last much more than 15 minutes (even when just out of freezer), but it's enough for me to cool down and fall back to sleep with them still on. And they are light and comfortable to wear. I do feel like they are a little spendy pricewise for what you get, but I like the convenience and size of these so much, I may buy more for extras.
