I used to be a teacher and I’ve worked with neurodivergent students as well as neurotypical and a visual schedule helps so much especially if there’s any changes! Now a SAHM, I wanted this for my 2.5 yo who’s bright, independent, and very much needs structure and routine. But looking at the different cards supplied, I can see this functioning with autistic and other neurodivergent children, because the routine cards are so helpful. I love the diversity shown as well, and the pictures show a good idea of what the words mean. There’s plenty of blank ones too, and you can print your own pictures to glue on (or draw on if you’re that talented!). I put Velcro on the nighttime routine ones for a chart in my sons’ room, but the main pocket chart is so easy to change out for daytime. I could not rave about this more!

We customized this chart with photos of my mom’s daily actives. She has Dementia and this works well.

I use this for homeschooling / unschooling / Montessori learning. This Is a great tool to keep everyone aware of what the expectations are for the day. It relieves anxiety in the kids because I allow them to pick and choose what order the day is going to go in (within reason). They love helping put the cards in each day and making the decisions about their day. This is building their skills and ability to plan their own day responsibly. Great tool and I would recommend it to anyone with kids, anyone homeschooling, anyone babysitting, anyone with grandkids, or anyone in a school environment.
