The little ones seem to be rather pointless but the other two sizes are perfectly usable and they certainly do accomplish the task.

This is my first ever set of cupping tools, and it is proving to be a great purchase. I have used them for various types of pain. I especially like them because I can easily control the level of suction. The silicone material is soft and flexible, yet able to apply as soft or as firm a grip as needed. Must use a good massage cream or other medium for adherence.

I use these cups at physical therapy to help pull up scar tissue and help with mobility.

Practical and they work great! I owned different cupping sets, different brands and stiles and I love this one. It’s one of my favorites! It’s practical, super simple to use and works great. Great value.
