Faulty Product
I prepared the ingredients to make yogurts only to find the machine was not working.

Rubbish!
Wondered why our Yoghurt wasn't setting. That is until we put a thermometer inside the unit and found it raised above 50 degrees Celsius. No wonder the yoghurt doesn't set correctly. Have tried contacting the manufacturer, but no response after almost 2 weeks.
