I'm not a very good judge of this book because I've only tried a few recipes and I'm American so I don't have some of the spices used at my typical grocery store but I did like the recipes I made even though I didn't execute them perfectly.It ranges from very casual dishes (fries and white bread, fried chicken) to very fancy ones (lobster and oysters)Also, it has just savory and also sweet and savory recipes. And it has dishes from many different countries (Mexico, Greece, etc)

These are some of the best cooking instructions I have ever made. I can't tell you how much of the flavors that now come out in my food from just using his technique.

Lots of recipes and plenty of variety. Different types of cuisine, some quick to cook meals, some longer to cook meals, and plenty in between. You don't need to be an expert to make any of the meals. As always, Gordon Ramsay and this book inspires you to cook and try different foods. Great for any kitchen!

Book was a little damaged. Like smashed on the edges. But nothing really wrong with it.

I watched his series where he cooked with his kids on Hulu and it was so wonderful. I tried to write down some of the recipes and failed, so I was really happy to find the recipes in this book. I read cook books cover to cover like novels, and this one definitely did not disappoint. I've already made something from this book after only having it one day. I've seen reviews saying this isn't home cooking, but I respectfully disagree. Tastes differ. Is this Mac & Cheese or Tuna Casserole? No. But if that's what you want don't buy a Gordon Ramsay book. I'm never going to cook every one of these recipes because taste is subjective, but I love reading his point of view and learning new techniques. Highly recommend.

Gift for my nephew- He loved it. Very nice book, a little hard to find at times.

This is the fifth book of Gordon Ramsay I bought on Amazon and I love them all.

I love the book, it’s very beautiful, easy to understand and follow.But, the back cover had been bent somehow I hate that. Bad amazon
