I especially appreciate that it’s low-profile enough to wear comfortably inside my regular athletic shoes. In terms of performance, this brace strikes an excellent balance between support and mobility. It provides noticeable stabilization around the ankle joint without making it feel locked or restricted. During workouts—especially lateral movements like basketball drills or quick direction changes—I felt more confident and secure, but still agile.
