Q: Is the info in the DVD the same as the info in The Roll Model book? I'm debating whether I should buy this kit or the book + Roll Model balls. Thanks!

Personally, always prefer a DVD that shows me using real people how to do the exercises. The DVD in the kit takes you right through the work out program and the kit includes the original balls, the PLUS balls, a single ALPHA ball, and a corgeous ball. All this is neatly packaged in the tote bag. I would buy the kit as it include the balls along with the detail DVD instructions. Hope that helps.

My favorites are actually the massage therapy kit and the quick fix DVD and even the corgeous DVD. All three of those have very short routine targeted to different body parts to help with specific knotted areas.. the treat while you train kit seems more designed for the serious athlete.
