iNassen Lightning Jack Adapter for iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 8/8Plus/iPhone X 10 Adapter

I bought this product last week and it arrived on Monday. Last night was the 3rd I used the splitter. However, when I plugged it in-both outlets-the green battery light came on so I assumed it was charging my phone. When I woke up this morning, my battery light was still green but it had not charged at all. Additionally, every time I plug in my headset it says the devicw is not supported. I didn’t mind at first since the headset still worked but now that the splitter won’t charge my phone there’s no point in having the product.I have an iPhone 7 Plus, I’m not rough on my stuff, and used the splitter every night since I got it. (Only 3 nights though).

It worked for literally a day and I was so happy about it I liked that it clicked in but i tried to use it the next day at work and this message pops up“THIS ACCESSORY MAY NOT BE SUPPORTED”I have the iPhone 7plus and my headphone I still use everyday. I never give bad reviews but this just wasn’t the right move I bough a different one that doesn’t split to see if that holds up

For the first week, the product worked amazingly well. After that I started getting an error message on my phone saying it wasn’t a supported accessory and had to constantly fiddle with it just to get it to work. Finally, the piece that was connecting to my phone broke off. I would not recommend nor will I buy again.

It’s very flimsy, it can easy brake or get stuck in your phone. To top it off it’s not an Apple supported device and charges off and on.

my kids love it cause they can charge the phone and listen to music at the same time .....
