True Jerky, The Mountie - Maple Glazed Pepper Turkey Jerky, 2.25 Ounce

I got a bunch of flavors, and the 5 stars is for the Maple Glazed Pepper Turkey Jerky, which I found to be a very pleasant combination of sweet, salty, and peppery. It was salty, but it wasn't TOO salty, which is my sticking point with most jerkys. The one down side is that it's 9g of sugar with each serving (2 servings per 2.25 oz bag), and I ordered the jerky to find a protein-based snack with low sugar. Still, it tastes so good! It won't be my go-to b/c of the sugar content, but it makes for a really delicious treat.Original Peppered Beef: 3-4 stars. This was slightly too salty for my personal tastes, and I personally don't like jerky made with more marbled meat, which is what this was. It's still enjoyable if you're looking for high quality beef jerky.Korean BBQ: 2 stars: I did not like this much at all. It has a good amount of red pepper flakes, which gives it a satisfying burn, but the salt level on this jerky overpowered all the other flavors. Plus, I hate when things are labeled "Korean BBQ flavored" but taste nothing like Korean BBQ. Take it from a Korean.Thai Mango Chili: 1 star: This did not appeal to me at all. I wouldn't get it again.

Too much pepper for my taste. Love the tenderness of the jerky.

The jerky is a perfect snack to satisfy one's hunger without filling full. It's also really yummy! For any type of travel, it's really convenient!
