Sweet Cradle
The holster fits like a tight goat skin glove and worth the cash.I use a 2" belt to swap out holsters for various caliber pistols and I prefer them cradled snugly and this little guy wraps around my poly public defender just right and it fits on my firearms belt; therefore I recommend it highly.No, it's not for quick drawing but it allows for a quick solid yank thus giving you time for a deep breath. I'm not a gunslinger nor do I look for gun fights but I don't miss at 50 paces or less if provoked...

This holster is the EXACT fit for the Taurus Judge Polymer Public Defender 2" barrel / 2-1/2" cylinder revolver. The trigger and trigger guard are completely contained by this holster, while leaving the hammer exposed for single-action cocking while drawing if that's your thing. Note there are many flavors of Judge, so do your homework before buying. If you're looking for an external, right-hand draw holster for this revolver, this is the one to get. If you want to wear it inside the waistband, keep looking (though I don't know why anyone would want to stuff this revolver inside the waistband - it is tall and chubby, and heavy even in the poly config). The paddle slips into your pants and has a grippy red surface toward your body, which is most effective when placed against an undershirt or tall underpants rather than against bare skin. The recess in the paddle accommodates a belt up to 2". When the revolver is drawn, the holster stays securely in place by virtue of a 1/4" ridge the width of the paddle and two 3/8" "teeth" on the ridge angled slightly upward that grip the bottom of the belt from inside the pants. With the tension screw adjusted to your liking, this revolver is going to stay where you put it and go nowhere without your express intent (forward or backward along the belt or upward or downward). In my opinion it is very reasonably priced, sturdily constructed, and it arrived much more quickly from Israel (10 calendar days) than some reviews indicate.
