there was no tuning key with the order which is mentioned that it comes with the drum and also its shown in the picture

Defective Skin and Tuning Issues!
Unfortunately, the product has a serious issue with the skin..There is a clear problem in the tuning, and a noticeable " buzzing " sound that affects the quality completely. I even tried changing the skin, but the problem still didn’t improve.Because of this, the instrument is not usable for performance or recording, and it’s better to request a refund.

The sound is not as expected, it's like you are performing on an empty barrel, the skin got damaged whitin one month and I wasn't performing daily, which led to buy a new skin
