Wireless Weather Stations, with 330ft Range Sensor and Adjustable Backlight Inside Outside Monitor (White)

After playing with this weather station for about a month, I'm pretty impressed with how it performs! Setup was straightforward - just put batteries in both units, set the time, and they connected automatically within minutes. The outdoor sensor was easy to mount under my porch eave using the included hardware. The display is crisp and easy to read from across the room - the numbers are large enough that I can check the temp without my reading glasses. The backlight feature is great at night and I appreciate the different brightness settings. I've compared the readings with my old thermometer and they're consistently within 1 degree which gives me confidence in the accuracy. The humidity readings have been super helpful for monitoring our basement which tends to get damp. The barometric pressure history is a nice bonus feature - I've actually gotten pretty good at predicting rain by watching the trend! Range is excellent - my sensor is about 100ft from the display with a wall in between and I've never lost connection. The USB power option is convenient for the main display but I still use batteries as backup during power outages. Battery life seems decent so far - no signs of draining after a month of continuous use. The forecast icons are cute but not always spot-on accurate compared to professional weather services. One small design flaw is that the buttons on the back are a bit small and fiddly if you have larger fingers. The temperature updates every 30 seconds as claimed which is frequent enough for practical purposes. Overall this has been a useful addition to our home and definitely worth the price for the features you get!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Because of where we live, the actual outside temperature and what most Weather apps report can vary by as much as 5 to 10 degrees. I’m into running and cycling so I need to know what the temperature is to be sure to dress appropriately and that 5-10 degrees can make a big difference when we’re talking temps in the 40s. I had a similar, but older and much simpler unit which recently died. After reading a lot of reviews I decided that his unit had the features that I needed and provided the best valueFirst, I tested the units accuracy by placing the base, and the remote on a shelf just under our home thermostat. The base unit reported the exact same temp as our home thermostat. The remote unit differed by ½ of a degree. I considered that to be an acceptable variance for a unit in this price range.It appears to be well made. There are fancier full color models, but this one has a nice clean look and is very easy to read. I don’t know how the weather indicator works. I’m guessing it determines it by factoring in the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, but so far, it’s been right on.In summary; It’s accurate, appears well made and has clean good looks. I don’t think, for the money, you can go on with this.

I like the barometer and humidity options! It doesn't quite get when it's raining and when it's not in my area. (Raleigh, NC) Often the raining icon will be present when it's not. Not a big deal though, worth it! I got 2 so I can have one in my bedroom and the other by the back door in the kitchen. They both connect to the same outdoor sensor which is very accurate!

With the help of the instructions, I was able to install this on my own and even get it up and running as it should. After I did install, I did wait about 10-15 minutes to ensure that the temperature was going to be reading accurately. Once that time had passed, I grabbed my phone and compared the results and not only did the temperatures closely match, off by 1 degree, this thing told me the humidity, what the weather was set to be forecasted for that day, the barometric pressure but the trends that we've been seeing for the past hours and from previous days. As for the display, everything can be clearly seen and I never have to look anything up. I love that I can walk in my living room and know the temperature without having to grab my phone. This whole thing is extremely easy to function and even my kids can see what the temperature is going to be. Not to mention, I still have the same battery I put in this when I first got it a little over a month ago.

This weather station is a nice size and color. I have the grey one which is less obvious than a black or white one would be. It is small, but big enough to see the data. It doesn’t show the date or time but I don’t mind that. It shows a weather icon which is nice for a quick glance at the weather. I really like that it shows the trend of atmospheric pressure so I can see the ups and downs of the pressure and not just a number measurement. I do wish I could get the sensors by themself so that I could have more stations, or for if the sensor goes out. (The sensor for last weather station I had fell and got rained on so it stopped working and I could not find a reasonably priced replacement.). The display can be powered by plugging it in or by batteries, which is a nice feature.

I am loving this indoor outdoor weather station. With the warmer weather right around the corner this will be helpful in determining if its warmer or cooler outside. The monitor shows the outside and inside temperature along with the humidity level. It was very easy to setup up just needed a couple batteries for the sensor and the monitor. They do include a cord for use with the monitor. All and all this is a neat addition to our home. I like to see what the temperature is before I make my way out for the day and this device works well.

I purchased this weather station last December. I was concerned about how cold it would get here in Minnesota and if this weather station could handle it. Well, it handled all the below zero temperatures without a problem and it still is working today. Bonus is I’ve not even changed batteries in either the outside unit or the inside display. I realize it’s only been about five months, but I will update as time goes by.
