Have been using this product for a few yearsI only wear it when going out in the countryside to support my back which has a muscle issue not boneI find it helps support and strengthen the core of the bodyIt’s thin enough to wear under clothing and comfortable on the skinAlso sitting down is not a problem and doesn’t dig into the skinSo I find it effective and will continue using this product

I bought this to help my back pain at work. I have fibromyalgia, and work as a cleaner, which is a very physical job.I also have a bad posture, which makes my back pain worse.The first time I wore it I wore it with the rubberised side straight onto my skin. I found this to make me sweat an awful lot and overheat very quickly. It is a neoprene material (wetsuit material and rubberised on one side). It is fully adjustable with velcro which goes around your abdomen to the required tightness. It was quite comfortable, but just felt sort of cumbersome at times.The second time I wore it, I tried it over the top of a tshirt, but it still made me hot and sweat a lot. When I took it off, where it had been around my lower back and stomach was soaked in sweat. I think the best thing to do would be to wear it over clothes, and not for too long at a time. (I had it on about 2hrs while working)Other than the sweatiness caused by it, I cannot fault that it did indeed help with my back pain and posture! So now I only wear it when my pain is particularly bad, or when I am doing activities that I know will hurt, such as hoovering!

My son has used this to support his lower back for a couple of months. It is comfortable to wear and very supportive. The Velcro is durable and easy to use. It washes well.

It was a great looking product but I just got the wrong size will probably reorder in bigger size.

I have had lower back pain for 60 years and tried everything. This belt is light, allows the lower back area to breath so no itching and supports the spine very well without feeling bulky. It is easily adjustable as required by lessening the tension on the belt by releasing the velcro type fixing. I have been using the belt for a year now and there is no sign of the velcro getting clogged by fluff (or in my household cat fur) as has happened with previous ones. It is flexible and not bulky so can be worn discreetly if required under a shirt or pullover.Some more expensive belts come with heat/vibrating pads but I have never found them to be any use. This is a great aid in providing pain relief and correcting and maintaining posture.

Good item double strap is good its just a bit tight struggle to get it around my stomach but the double strap helps maybe get a bigger size.
