I purchased these to clean our jet ski dock which sits in salt water - got tired of hand scrubbing and figured I would go full automation - attached to a Milwaukee drill and they held up great and made the endless job of algae removal a much easier task - I am sure not the intended use but they cut through algae, barnacles and other salt water headaches

Works great. Watch how much you press down, as it causes the bristles to flatten out, and become less effective.
