When asked to try out and review this Memory Foam Seat Cushion from iCoudy I thought that I would give it a go, particularly as I have Arthritis and Sciatica related health issues in the hips and right thigh.The cushion or seat pad, arrived in a box, complete with a blue carry bag should you require to travel with it. It isas shown in the advert, U shaped, with a slightly elevated back arch which acts as a sacral support, helping torelieve pressure on the lower spine.The advert uses the term "thigh hugging" but I would simply say that it allows the thighs to rest gently ratherthan be hugged. It is suitable for use as a topper for an office chair, armchair, and car seat, depending on thetype of car you may have. Wheelchair users might also benefit from using it too.It is approximately 44 CM wide at the front edge, tapering to 40 CM at the back. The elevated back arch toprotect the sacrum and lower spine is 13 CM high. The underneath of the cushion is slightly 'bobbled' andI find that the raised 'bobbles' or dots make it less likely to slip or slide whilst in use.It is covered in a black fabric material with the logo iCoudy printed on the front. It appears to be well sewnwith strong stitching. The cushion cover has a strong zipper allowing it to be removed for cleaning.I have found that it makes sitting for a long time less painful, and the handy carry bag makes it easier to takewith you for those times when you encounter a particularly hard chair. It cannot take away pain, but it doesmake some seats/chairs a less painful experience.It does its job.The seller sent me this product free gratis to test and review.This is my honest opinion after using it. I am still using it as I type.

I decided to get this to try and revive an aging computer chair and provide some relief to my spine, which is having to put up with said chair. And it certainly seems to work too. It elevates you, and slightly angles you forward, forcing you to sit up straight, but in a comfortable, natural feeling way. I'd say it's only really suitable for office-type chairs though as my father initially wanted to try it out for his car seat. Because of the upright posture, that's not how you sit in a car seat so it wasn't really suitable for that.Personally, I would like to have had denser memory foam in there, as this stuff does squash down fairly quickly so I'm not sure how long it's going to be useful. But it does definitely help so I'd recommend giving it a go if you're after something similar.

This iCoudy Memory Foam Seat Cushion is very thoughtfully designed and comfortable to use. My wife gets a touch of sciatica from time to time and as any sufferer will know although the pain can be in the leg the problem is actually in the lower back. The iCoudy cushion is made from a quality memory foam and has cut-outs for common sensitive areas and shaped mouldings offer support where it is required. This cushion could offer relief from pain and discomfort for a number of sufferers with various conditions but it is a one-size-fits- all solution so check the dimensions carefully before purchasing – but if you are of average size this cushion should suit you just fine.The cushion can be used at home or office, on your favourite chair, in a wheelchair or perhaps a car if you are a passenger – it is a little high for drivers; it even comes with a travel bag to enable you to take it with you when you are out and about or away from home. At less than twenty-five quid this is a good value product that could offer relief from many uncomfortable conditions – I've recently purchased a memory-foam pillow and that was three times the price of this cushion yet of very similar quality. This cushion was supplied for me to evaluate and review and I can offer an unbiased recommendation to anyone looking for relief from any of the suggested conditions – it may not work for everyone but you won't break the bank by trying it!

It's difficult to shop for postural questions online will do my best to describe this one. This one is zipped and made of moulded memory foam. It's quite soft memory foam. The cover is removable. It comes with its own carry bag. This is useful to store it in if you aren't using it. On the underside it has a nonslip fabric and on the topside it has what I would describe as a Its logo at the front so you know which way round to use it. It's contoured so that it supports your gluteal muscles. There is a downed sacral support at the back. There is a cutaway centrally. There is a bit there was also a humpy bit at the front.Recommendations: This would be suitable for postnatal mothers and surgical recovery in this area because of the cutaway central portion. Probably not so good for anyone with rectal problems because the cutaway portion isn't really big enough to alleviate any pressure there I would suggest. It does give sacral support so long as you what support there and don't mind hump pressing against your coccyx. Not sure this would be ideal for any kind of a coccyx injury where you might want to keep pressure off that area. I'm not sure I recommend this for bursitis, sciatica or piriformis since there is pressure from the cushion on the areas in question. Also, I found the hump between the legs comfortable.I was sent by the manufacturer from honest opinion. Personally, I didn't find it comfortable. (Auntie Barbar)

Terrible item. It doesn't offer sufficient support and is just a height extension but the cushioning is sooo poor. Definitely doesn't serve the purpose for which it was intended. -1*

E' fantastico, star seduti davanti al PC è veramente eccezionale, non sento che passano le ore, pensare che senza questo fantastico cuscino non potevo star seduta per oltre trenta minuti.
