Tartary buckwheat tea: there is a prop 65 sticker which states that the product contains chemicals known to cause cancer. why?

It’s required in California to put this warning on products that were exposed to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. It could be naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals. Which means even exposure to common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents requires this warning. In a nutshell, Prop 65 stickers will be found almost in every sold item in California.

Korean Corn Silk Tea is the name of the company. The tea in question is barley tea, 100% barley and 0% corn silk.

Smells nice but mild taste that will only last one coffee cup.

Have been looking for a caffeine free tea that is soothing to drink at night. If you like the smell of nutty buckwheat, you will enjoy the scents coming from this tea bag soaking in a bath of hot water. However despite the nice cozy aroma, the taste is very very mild. One bag will provide some mild flavor to an average sized coffee cup. If reusing, it will taste will mildly flavored hot water (as opposed to mildly flavored tea). The price is good compared to the few other sobacha tea bags out there. Might dry barley tea bags next as another soothing caffeine free alternative to see if it offers more flavor.

Alluring Aroma & Flavor-Love this tea!

I am a long time tea drinker=Teaholic! As my taste bud change, so does my favorite tea choices. Damtuh Tartary Buckwheat Tea is my most favorite tea now. It has most alluring perfectly roasted toasty aroma and flavor! A cup of Buckwheat tea is not enough for me. It also supposed to have many health benefits, which I did not notice yet, since I just started drinking for a few months ago. I purchased 100 bags on a sale- What a bargain! So Price and Delivery was wonderful. I recommend this product and I am not paid for reviewing. Thanks so much!
