1 lb White Epoxy Putty Sculpt Clay, 2 Part Self Hardening Modeling Clay

I was given a cement porch goose with part of the beak missing. I’ve never repaired a lawn ornament or worked with Epoxy but thought it would be fun to learn. I watched many videos and read blogs and decided to give it a try. It was very easy to mix, apply and shape. It was easy to paint over and has held up through many thunderstorms. The beak didn’t come out perfectly but that’s on me, not the product. I’m happy with it.

Awesome. So pliable. You get about 45 mins to get that where it needs to be. If not its still pretty easy to carve,at first. Wait till next day, break out the dremmel. I use a 3D pen for the apature and basic form then flatten out thin sheets of putty, cut and apply, blend. Takes paint great! You can fabricate items strong enough to tap threads.

Great stuff. Easy to use. Durable when dried.

I bought this because it was recommended for sculpting, but at the scale I was using it I was having a hard time getting sharp details into the sculpt. It’s kind of like sculpting with bubblegum and not clay. It’s not ‘stretchy’ like gum, it just has a tendency to not hold a sharp edge and be ‘rounded’. It dries rock hard though, definitely great product so long as you don’t need sharp details

I needed to repair a HVAC switch in my RV. A new one if you could find one was $1400. One of the mounting ear had snapped off and it was flopping around. Pulled it out and molded a new tab and embedded a nut into it so the screw had metal to bit into. Worked out great saving me a lot!!!

This two-part epoxy putty worked very well for my project. It mixed and shaped as expected, giving me enough control to form the repair before it hardened. Once fully cured, the material became extremely strong and solid. A useful product for repairs, reinforcement, and custom fabrication work.

I have used several different kinds of epoxy clay, and decided to try this one because the price was slightly lower. It is not as good in my opinion as aves or smooth on for 2 reasons- first, you can’t smooth it with water light the 2 mentioned above, although the directions seem to imply that you can’t smooth. The other problem with it is the set time is too short- 45 minutes vs 90 minutes for the 2 others. I don’t plan on using it again.

I've used this brand for a year now and the only problem is it gets sticky when you put it on a surface to dry. However, I have a silicone mat now that I sculpt on and it doesn't stick to that. 10 out of 10 recommend. Very easy to use just make sure it's mixed really well.

Apoxie Sculpt is by far the superior product. I was hoping this would have similar properties at a cheaper price. Waste of money as far as I'm concerned - almost impossible to do any real sculpting with it. Water just makes the material seperate rather than smooth.
