ATN Auxiliary Ballistic Smart Laser Rangefinder w/Bluetooth

I purchased this rangefinder to pair with my X-Sight 4K pro. It worked perfectly and was easy to set up. I sighted my .223 rifle in at 25 yards with the one-shot option in the x-sight scope menu. After one shot, I was MOA at 100 yards, 75 yards, and 50 yards with the rangefinder adjusting point of impact with the press of a button. Truly amazing. Pros: Quick, easy setup Excellent Build Quality Works exactly as described Very Accurate Cons: Button placement- to activate the rangefinder there is a small button which is on the rangefinder at the front of the scope. If you need to make a quick adjustment in a high stakes shot, reaching for the front of the scope is a pretty big motion to manage. I purchased the ATN X-TRAC tactical remote which can be placed anywhere on the rifle via Velcro straps and controls both the rangefinder and the xsight menu controls. The trio combine for a powerful setup that you won't even find in high-end night vision or thermal scopes. Size- when added to the already large X-Sight scope makes for a very large optic setup. That being said, I am mainly hunting predators from a fixed position. I am not sure the xsight plus rangefinder combo would be very comfortable to carry or shoot out of a cramped deer stand. I can be done, though.

If you have a basic understanding of technology, ATN products are rewarding. Despite all logic after reading mixed reviews, I bought an AR10 with a fully functioning X-Sight 4K. The scope logged 182 shots fired from its previous owner, so quality thus far seemed to be strong. Against all odds, I ordered the ABL 1000. Adamant to make mine work, I was disappointed when it seemed inoperable. No visible laser, no pairing to Bluetooth. ATN product support was less than helpful. I deemed my ABL 1000 dead on arrival. So, I sent it back, and bought another. Same result! Or was it? In disbelief, I turned to Google. Come to find out, my scope just needed a Firmware update. Would have been nice of ATN to at least suggest that. However, I cannot be upset with them, because they have a wonderful video on their website that shows you exactly how to make things right. After 30 minutes, everything worked and I am satisfied. All I wanted was for it to work.

I have owned the ATN 4k Pro for about 6 months or so now. It's been a total game changer when hunting at night. Since I started using the optic I have harvested 7 hogs. I wouldn't have been successful if it wasn't for this optic. The fact that I can sit in the stand when they show up to the feeder means I can effectively eradicate the population. Recently I decided to purchase the ABL 1000 to use in addition to the 4K Pro. One of the best decisions I've made! I can confidently shoot out to 200 plus yards now and not second guess myself. When you're hunting in a field at night you want to be effective, but above all else humane to the game you're hunting. The ABL 1000 will give you that!

its not a perfect world but it does function well ..useful info thats not widely available - you really cant see the zeroing lazer through the thor, you put it on a known target spot 'then' zero the rangefinder reticle you see in the thor screen to that same spot ... next point of interest - the rangefinder reticle is completely seperate from your gun sight reticle ... in other words they dont line up, so when you use the rangefinder, youll move the gun to put its reticle on you target ... this can be a big issue if it winds up being zeroed way off from your gun sight reticle, youll have to swing the gun way off target to range .. this is why i gave it 4 stars .. you can shim by trial and error to get the reticles closer but theres no built-in way to do it ..its a pita ..other than that, once you got it dialed in it talks to the ballistics app no problem and works well ...just realize the above two points go unsaid and are something youll be dealing with ... *update* - after using 2 units for a couple of months and loving them, i ran into an issue with both, one on a thor4 and the other on a 4kpro, so its not the scopes, its the abl ...the first unit became dead and wouldnt connect and atn replaced easily enough, kudos to them ... then the second unit died, and after reading other reviews it seems its not uncommon ... where the problem begins is if the battery goes too low or gets dead in the unit and its either left on or turned on to the low voltage .. it scrambles it and it will no longer connect ...this is a serious problem, all it takes is one time forgetting to turn it off or leaving it in storage for awhile and the batt goes real low and you turn it on - dead unit, rma time ... theres no warning in the manual about this .. the best strategy from now on is to turn off the unit and REMOVE the battery after each use and be sure to install one above spec voltage before use .. every time ... may not apply to all units but both of mine fritzed on me ..waiting on the second rma unit ..

I have had the ATN atn x-sight 4k pro 3-14x for a year now and i really like it , now with the ATN Auxiliary Ballistic Smart Laser Rangefinder 1000 w/Bluetooth, I Love It NO MORE GUESSWORK On Yardish , just one push of a button it locks on the target and sets the Reticle automatically .... Its Amazing i use it on my Custom Ruger 10/22 for small game, i can also use this setup on other Long Range Rifles for Large Game by mounting it Entering A New Profile and then go back to my 10/22 Mount It Set The Profile To Ruger 10/22 and its ready to go .... Daytime Nighttime and Anything In Between This System Is AMAZING , Easy To Set Up and Tune in ...

This was a perfect pairing with the x-sight 4k pro I purchased. Excellent quality, easy add-on,and makes a huge improvement on accuracy with the simple push of a button. Highly recommend this product.

Let me just give you the facts I’ve bought two of these both stopped working within a couple days. Do you wanna know why everybody who wants to buy this should read this and remember Take the battery out of the stupid thing every time you’re done using it and you might as well go ahead and replace the battery every time you’re gonna use it cause if you don’t and the battery goes low or dice the thing never works again and they don’t ever tell you that on the box, don’t waste your money. It’s garbage buy a pard buy a RixOK

I bought the ATN X-Sight 4K Pro along with the ABL 1000. The set up of the scope isn’t hard and ATN provides videos which are much more educational than their paper documentation. Take your time in the zeroing process and be detailed in your profile for each ammo you shoot. I started with setting the target at 15yds, then 25, 50 and finally out to 100yds. Took a few more shots and steps than ATN says are needed, but my gun is now zeroed at 100, paired to the ABL and it’s dead nuts on. Deer pic was from 1/5/20, one shot dropped it. The scope’s NightVision mode is really awesome. I don’t think the supplied IR light is good enough so I added a 730 Lumen green light to the gun and it looks like you turned the sun on and it’s pitch black outside!! Great product and their customer service/support were great when I called with a question.
