BLS-12/24C Desulfator

I am currently using the unit on a 24v bank comprised of 4 x 6v 230Ah and two 24v banks of 2 x 12v 80Ah (160h total for both banks) through common POS & NEG bus bars. I asked the factory if that was proper use and their recommendation was to have one BLS per bank. That's in the works!!I won't really know if its really working until at least 6 months to a year of use, where we can check the state of the battery plates but it is on... producing heat!! :-) I can say that the plates as of today look as the day I bought the batteries.

This desulfator failed after two years. It has a 5 year warranty. The manufacturer never responded to emails or phone calls (Voice Mails). The seller, Impact Battery, also would not step in to help. They told me to just keep trying. Amazon has the case now, said the seller is affiliated with Amazon, should have offered a refund or replacement.I paid a premium for this product compared to similar products, mainly for the warranty and the fact it was made in the US. Big mistake. Don't buy this if you expect them to honor the warranty should your product fail. I couldn't even get the courtesy of a response from the manufacturer.

I own a 36volt member of the BLS family of desulfator. I hooked it up on a new set of deep cycle 6v batterys connected to produce 36 volts for my golf cart. After about six months the output voltage has climbed up to about 39 volts. I drive it every day, twice a day for .7 (one k) and hook it up to the charger when ever its not running. Very light use, it should last forever. Can't make much of a judgement call but I am going to buy a 12 volt unit for my cars because I think its working as advertised.

Not really sure if this works or not. I tried it for 3 days on an older battery, but the internal resistance of the battery did not change at all (as measure by a battery load tester)

After using the BLS 12/24C Desulfator for 18 months, attempting to enhance the life and stoage capabilities of many styles of batteries (from motorcycle, RV deep cycle, golf cart in series, to group 27 series), I have found NO difference with battery performance. NONE, NAADA, ZILCH! Expensive "snake oil" Dispite following the instuctions, running the batteies through MANY, MANY charging/discharge cycles, their is no difference. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WAS WILLING TO SPEND THE MONEY FOR A "US MADE PRODUCT," MADE IN MY HOME STATE, to find I was ripped off.
