I was having an issue with the collar of low-top sneakers rubbing up against my ankle bones as I walked because my ankles sit lower down on my feet than most people's (I have super small feet!). These inserts solved the problem by elevating my ankles above the shoe collar so there's no irritation, not to mention the added benefit of giving me a bit of extra height. Win-win!! They're comfortable to walk on for long periods of time and stay put. Highly recommended.

Positives: High quality materials, well constructed with very effective gel based adhesive. Negative: Too narrow for adult male size 11.5 /D shoes. I'm keeping them because when carefully centered, I can certainly use them and they are very comfortable.

They worked great for my daughters boyfriend on prom night! Great support, comfortable, no pain, and his feet didn't stink when they got home. He wears them in every shoe he wears now.

Love the idea of being able to adjust height of these insoles. They are good quality and fit good in shoes. They are a little hard fir my tendinitis.

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.
