Strong elastic
Got this to repair some elasticated bracelets and it works very well. Haven't taken the bracelets off since I fixed them and there is no sign of wear on the elastic. Couldn't figure out how to use the metal tool so just threaded the beads by hand and worked well

This stuff is excellent for making little bracelets. I use many different beads with varying sized holes. The little seed beads thread very nicely onto this stretchy string which is surprisingly strong!
