Great item. My parcels and post are now delivered securely when I am not in. All the couriers are finding it easy to post items. I am pleased with the parcel box.

It’s a box. For parcels. Open flap, insert parcel, close flap. Open door, retrieve parcel, close door. Simple, yet effective.

Great purchase

I probably should have sent it back since the top wasn't fixed right, but I fed wire through the holes to hold it shut so it looks sturdy, but if anyone tried to wrench it off the wall the top would probably pop off pretty easy. However, I didn't want the hassle or expense of repackaging and sending back, so I went with it. Other than the obvious structural fault, I find it's fairly weather proof, it does get a little wet inside when it rains heavily, but not enough to cause a real issue. It takes pretty decent sized boxes, I'd say most of my regular deliveries. There's just been a few oversized parcels that it couldn't take, but it's been a real boon so far.I don't regret buying it, but for the price I expected it to at least be made properly.

Very pleased, Sturdy and secure

No flap on the letterbox. Just a loose hinge wire inside the box. It's too much trouble to return as it took an hour to install. Luckily it sits inside my porch so will not get water inside it. Also two of the keys were too badly bent to use. It was well packed and is otherwise un marked. Must be a factory error .Apart from that it works well.Cannot contact customer services.

It’s very good n gave me a peace of mind. So I’ll never miss my deliveries n I don’t have to sit at home waiting for my delivers. The box looks good n stylish. I picked red colour so can be seen clearly. I asked my brother for the instructions.

I installed the box in my front garden by the front gate. The box is fine, a slight negative is the key does not feel too strong so use carefullyThe biggest problem is people delivering parcels, just don’t see it I have no idea why,I even have a colour laminated photo on the front door, delivery drivers that deliver regular love it, but some delivery drivers I suppose don’t look for it as it not common in my area. So one to think about, I think it’s worth fitting as not having one, all parcel, with only have one place to go, that is just left on your doorstep.

Comodissima! Dovrebbe esserci in ogni casa ed ogni condominio. Io l'ho presa verde perché mi sembrava più elegante nella recinzione, ma ora temo che i corrieri facciano fatica a vederla. Verde è veramente bellissima, ma forse col senno di poi la prenderei rossa.

Der Kasten wurde schnell geliefert und ist bereits vollständig zusammengebaut. Die Materialstärke ist gut und nicht so dünn wie bei manch anderen Kästen. Die Paketklappe funktioniert sehr gut.Der Kasten kam mit einer kleinen Delle am oberen Rand. Das ist zwar ärgerlich, beeinträchtigt jedoch nicht die Funktion.Der Verkäufer reagierte innerhalb von Minuten & wir einigten uns sofort auf eine faire Lösung.Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

La caja llegó antes de tiempo y el embalaje exterior muy bien. Aquí es donde se vuelve negativo. Cuando lo desempaqué, uno de los remaches que sujetan la abertura de las cajas se ha omitido en la fabricación o se ha roto. Tendré que arreglar esto. La pintura/recubrimiento sobre el metal no es de muy buena calidad. Esto no es un problema para mí, ya que estoy instalando a través de la pared en un área cubierta. Agregaré a esta revisión cuando la caja esté en uso.
