Harsh Water

Arriving damaged, or what?

This replacement has more gritty loose sand inside the bag than the first one you sent to me; still, no cap on one end, but even if it had a cap on the end where you would expect one, the sand would spill out all over when you remove it! Can you ask the manufacturer for me (and other buyers) if this is to be expected or if the shipment was damaged? If they are still back up with warranties? From Amazon and or the company that makes them? Please FIND out from the makers if this is normal and if they should work as the website says they will and for as long as they will even if they are losing gritty sand upon receipt. get back to me, please.

Ruined 3 shower heads

The little pellets kept coming through and ruined 3 shower heads. After that I just tossed it. It did however seem to reduce chlorine.
