Works like a dream...
... well it does if the family remember to use it. Might be better if it could yell at them as they got to the door.Seriously, it is well made and takes mud off when used. We attached it to our porch decking so that it is can't move and is easier to use.

Does the job
It seems pretty heavy and sturdy. Needs to be fixed to the ground but works well once it's attached so you can push and pull against it. Strong bristles do the job of getting mud out of soles of boots. So far so good, so I bought another one for the back door as well.

Sturdy and effective
We attached ours to a good sized bit of wood to provide stability and it does the job. Because of how it's made, it is easy to clean and it really does clean the worst of the mud off.

A very good product
The brush itself is really good and made from great sturdy materials. The only negative is that the screws and raw plugs need to be longer. Drilled into the paving slap using the correct drill size but as the raw plugs and screws are quite short the first time using it just come up off the slab.Bought longer and stronger raw plugs and screws and once attached is a brill sturdy product that doesn't move when used. Add another 7 quid to take into account the purchase of better plugs and screws.

Decent boot cleaner once you secure it
Bought this for the family to clean our muddy boots after walking the dog. Works great and always gets all the mud off if you give then a quick rinse with the hose before and after using the brush cleaner.A lot of people complaining that their boots don't fit in the gap. I'm assuming they are using it without securing it down - it does look quite small but once you secure it to something (I've screwed ours to a spare decking board) it makes it easy to push your foot in. I have size 8 boots and they fit in no bother, can imagine all sizes would fit.
